According to my overall experience, Aftership is a solution in tracking, shipping, e-commerce industry. Our business improved customer service level with the tracking automation of aftership and reduce our customer queries regarding order status. It is best for all types of businesses. Small businesses with less orders can go with free plan to save cost and can take the benefits of the most of the features for free.
This is tool which provided our business a huge growth with it's awesome tracking automation. By integrating with this software we could create our own brand tracking link or page with customized widget for our customers to track their orders easily. It is cost effective. You will get free plan to premium plans at best pricing. When it comes to real time tracking rate it scores high. With its API integration...
Customer support needs to be improved. In shipping features it needs to focus on pricing. Apart from that I have never found any complain to this tool.

It is a very good app that I recommend. My experience with the platform to date has been good. They handle their business well on a scale of 1-10 I’d say a 9.
Aftership is a very easy to use app and integrates quite well with shopify and ecwid. It allows you track any shipment from a fully registered carrier as long as you’ve activated the carrier from the aftership backend the tracking number issued will work. it has an easy to use interface and also a sweet tracking page display that can be customized with your actual company logo and company brand colors. I truly recommend to those running’s e-commerce businesses. They have a good customer support base who answer all related questions and also help with integration issues
My major downside was the limitation. You can only track a certain number of orders per month on the free plan but more than that you would have to pay for it

A good customer service team would realise they have limitations in their software and not turn down a £40k customer - however the customer service team don't care. They just want your money.
The UI is pretty but otherwise useless. That's all.
They have a seriously buggy integration which you can't troubleshoot yourself. They have a problem with things called "Carrier slugs" which even when used correctly are not 100% correct. The result; if you upload a CSV of say 10,000 tracking numbers you may find that 9,000 of them get allocated to random/incorrect couriers. Numbers allocated to incorrect couriers cannot be modified manually or through CSV meaning you are paying for a broken number. In the above example that's a cost of $800 for nothing.

Overall experience was exceptional.
Each feature of Automizely is easy to use and feature rich. And the customer support from [sensitive content hidden] was top notch. Couldn't ask for more.
There was nothing that I did not like. I have nothing to complain about or recommend at this stage.

The Aftership team were really helpful with information about how the platform worked & [sensitive content hidden] was really helpful setting us up with a trial extension. Great customer support. Shipbob support integration works really well for us.
The pricing is a little bit on the high side with extra features for a smaller business but is overall worth it.

The customer service has been excellent. I have reached out to customer service a few times to assist me with questions and each time I have received quick and professional service. My most recent experience was awesome. The team went the extra mile to ensure I knew how to use the software. I really appreciated the effort. My overall experience has been great.

The app worked as it was supposed to, but the pricing changes were frustrating and caused me to leave.
I loved how Aftership was starting to incorporate everything into one app. Order Lookup and Tracking for customers, a branded tracking page, notifications, back-end analytics as well as estimated delivery timeframes.
Over the course of using this software, Aftership changed its pricing model. This was frustrating because I was grandfathered in, however, I needed to scale back my plan with them. In looking to scale back my plan it would have been more expensive to downgrade the quota due to the new pricing model. Also, several features of the software got restricted unless I upgraded to a more expensive plan.

My overall experience has been great! I am used to spending too much time being passed from department to department for other things and it has been refreshing that all my chats so far have been resolved in 10-15 max.
I like this software above others because it is relatively simple to integrate with my online store and the customer service is available 24/7 and always very helpful and courteous. I also enjoy the amount I can do without a paid plan which is always helpful.
I feel that the free plan is great and exactly what I need, and I am sure anything else is readily available with an upgraded plan.

I've been using this app almost daily to track inbound and outbound shipments with ease and without too much thinking, and it never failed on me. Easily one of the best apps I have on my devices!
This app is wonderful because it's dead simple to use, unobtrusive, and very useful all at the same time. You don't need much to start tracking your inbound/outbound packages (it's as easy as it gets!) and you'll always be up to date with push notifications without having to manually open the app to check. Add to this that the interface is simple and easy to understand in a minute, and the app operates quickly. Couldn't be any better than this!
Nothing, really. It does its job wonderfully and without hiccups, which if present are usually due to the express courier own tracking system (which AfterShip "reads" to give you the necessary information).

My overall experience is , We're investing less energy doing the physical work of looking for the best estimating, occasionally minding shipment situations with, advising each client of all bundles traveling their direction. Further developed satisfaction and consumer loyalty.
This handles the entirety of our following #'s truly well and convey SMS messages to our clients when their request is transported, on the way, out for conveyance, or conveyed. Tragically can just utilize 1 of those SMS messages since it's so darn costly to send a book with this application.
I enquire this previously and choose to step away in light of the fact that the documentation to execute wasn't extremely clear. I'm happy I made the choose. After not long, I had numerous involvement in utilizing this assistance on the bundle getting closes. Most the time it just give the following numbers and incapable to give solid wellspring of the bundle or the fundamental data showing where the packages right now at.

Overall great experience. Saves lots of time.
This keeps my customers informed of where their order is after we ship it. Their status updates and tracking page keep the customers engaged. Helps avoid customer service calls and emails.
It's a little pricey. Wish it had marketing reports.

Wide range of Carriers could be tracked.
1. It does not show the Estimated Delivery Date from International logistics 2. Any issue reported to be fixed, no ETA is provided, although development work going on.
