Digisigner experience 

I understand that pro versions need to exist, but I don't appreciate a service that conceals a paywall behind a deception about some "free version" that isn't real. Just state things plainly, and there wouldn't be a problem! I'm not disappointed that DigiSigner couldn't meet my needs; I'm disappointed that DigiSigner lied about it.

Back to Paper Signatures, I Guess, Since the "Free Version" is a Lie!

Hi Mary, thank you for leaving a review. Unfortunately, I think there is some misunderstanding.

DigiSigner indeed provides a free version that allows you to upload and send up to three documents per month for signing. It is true that it doesn’t include templates, signing links, branding, and team options. Nevertheless, if your volumes are below three documents monthly, you can use our service for free, as many thousands of people do.

Overall the experience is great. Easy to use templates and API. So far very reliable and gets the job done. It is straight to the point with explanations and no fluff.

Fantastic app that could really recommended!

So far, I've been able to get signatures with very little headache via just providing a link in a group email for respondents to opt in  at their leisure, and I really appreciate that coming from Adobe where everything felt unnecessarily complicated.

Super-easy to use and very flexible with regards to document format. The flexibility is particularly important when you receive documents that are designed to be signed manually and you need to have the flexibility to add text, date and signature. I was also impressed how easy it was to set up a document to be signed by multiple signers. I have struggled with other tools on this before, so I found DigiSigner to really easy to use.

Simple, Easy to Understand, Cost Effective

DigiSigner has been solid. I liked the easy interface—they made it so straightforward to sign documents without a ton of hassle. The security aspect was reassuring, too; knowing the documents were safe and legally binding was a big plus. But, as I mentioned, the limitations on the free version were a bit of a bummer. Overall, it was a reliable tool that got the job done without much fuss.

This was first introduced to me by one of the recruiters and from there, I've been using it regularly and fairly happy with it. My documentation work is quite easier and it's way better than my previous use of Google Docs!

                                                       We needed a solution for digitally signing contracts and the vast majority of them have a lot of associated fees, and subscriptions, and limits on how many you can sign and have signed. We looked at Hellosign, we looked at DocuSign, we looked at Adobe Sign, but we ended up choosing DigiSigner because it actually does everything that those do, but at a small fraction of the cost. In our case, free.
                                                       We chose DigiSigner not just because it was the most financially reasonable decision, but because it is also extremely intuitive and doesn't require users to register to sign contracts that you send to them. So you can send anyone a contract, they can sign it. They don't have to even input their email or anything. Anyone can use it and it's very straightforward and intuitive. It shows up just like a PDF and you can just type in your name, write in your signature. It's dead simple.
                                                       DigiSigner makes it incredibly easy to get people up to speed on how to use it. So, uploading a contract into DigiSigner so that you can send it to other people couldn't be simpler. If you have the file on your computer in a PDF or a Word document, you can just choose it off of your hard drive and upload it instantly. After that you can choose where the signature fields go, as well as other fields. You can have fields that the user fills out for just about anything and it's all just drag and drop. Super simple. So teaching people how to use this is really not a chore. It's barely even a task. Most people who are somewhat technically literate can figure it out on their own in a pretty short amount of time.
                                                       DigiSigner is great for small and medium businesses and there's no obstacle to trying it out because you can get started for free. Not only that, but even if you use it to have documents signed, you can still download those documents from DigiSigner and use them in another e-signing service. So there's really no commitment and no reason not to try it. And unless you have very particular needs when it comes to the very specific features that you are looking for, chances are that, for almost all businesses out there, your needs will be covered.

                                                       Before I started using DigiSigner, I was also considering using SignNow. SignNow didn't have a trial that I could use, outside of just a 30-day trial. You can't get the three free per month that DigiSigner offered, and in the end I just really enjoyed the fact that I could just use three for free every single month with DigiSigner.
                                                       With DigiSigner, it's really, really simple and easy to use. Simple just to log in. Everything's really clean, drag-and-drop your signature. When you are editing, if it already has pre-fillable boxes, it'll actually carry through, as well. When you send the form to sign, not only can you request signature, checkbox, all that sort of stuff, if it's editable, they can do that signature, as well as edit the form, which I thought was pretty cool.
                                                       It's really, really easy to get set up. You just set up your account. There's a little box in the top left corner for you to upload your documents. You dump them in there. Once it's all sorted, you can track it, keep on top of it, really, really easy just to keep on top of everything that you need to do with it.
                                                       If you're looking for just a really simple, cheap, easy-to-use solution, DigiSigner is right up there. You got all the regular features that you've got with all the others. It doesn't have super, super advanced features, but honestly, if you need something that is really cost-effective with just setting it up, getting documents sent out, having an audit trail, doing all that sort of stuff, DigiSigner would definitely be a good suit for you.
