Method is the only true 2-way sync with a FULLY customizable platform. 5 stars

Pros

Method's customer support has probably been the best part so far about our experience. While the platform covers all of our needs and allows tailoring, customization, and automation to make it a perfect fit for our company, the true differentiator between Method and other platforms we have tried has been the white-glove service. Specifically, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], our representative who onboarded us...

Cons

Nothing was hard to use. We have a lot of feedback and ideas that can benefit the platform and it's users as a whole but generally those are all improvements specific to our industry, or service industry users and by no means speak badly of the platform as a whole.

As a company we find that being able to see everything at once and able to keep all our jobs up to date in a real time manor the best, not all programs do this. This program creates a tailored and adjustable situation for every type of set up you may need. Going from month to month being able to customize the way we view, edit, update, and invoice is the most captivating part of this system. It is a wonderful program and would recommend to anyone

Pros

In the beginning of our business we were using a simple program to collect data but when we found Method and how easy it was to build the programming we needed it was the best choice we made. Being able to pick and choose the applications we needed and not having to pay for unused programs is the best.

Cons

the little add-ons get a bit pricy when we need the application but only for a small part of our business.

We now have a single point of dispatch and documentation.

Pros

Works well with Quickbooks!, has the capacity to run a small and large company

Cons

App freezes constantly, additional customization is required and costs money to get the flow to work smoothly. User modifications could be expanded. Time monitoring isn’t included and not easy to use.
