What is ServMan?
ServMan by WorkWave is a configurable ERP enterprise work order management and accounting system available for operating and managing service-based businesses across the field service industry, particularly those in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical and elevator industries.
ServMan includes an integrated development environment (IDE), allowing administrators to add business-specific controls and functionality to the application beyond the standard offering. It supports multi-location and multi-company organizational structures and includes an integrated mobile solution to streamline paperless business processes. With ServMan Mobile, users can receive and complete work orders, view service histories, scan barcodes for inventory and manage and maintain task lists, all on the go. ServMan offers a fully integrated payment processing system that includes ePay invoice links, SMS text payments and check scanning to drive more revenue and customer satisfaction. It also offers an integrated POS system to collect with a card present in the field.
Clients can place service orders, view live status, make invoice payments, view service histories and perform other tasks through the web portal. Role-based security allows the administrator to set rules for various access and grant permissions to different users. Clients can manage scheduling of preventive maintenance visits and set preventive maintenance reminders through calls or text messages with the Automated Pre/Post-Appointment Assistant feature.
Users can subscribe to a web portal service, enabling business customers to request services, check order statuses and make online payments through a single window. ServMan also offers additional modules such as a call tracking module to track every incoming call and the outcome of each call; a time clock/payroll module for clocking in and out and generating payrolls based upon the number of working hours; and GPS integration to map the actual location of vehicles and route optimization. Other modules include ServiceBot, a branded chat bot that lives on your website and your mobile device that can answer customer inquiries and schedule service appointments to ensure you continue to grow your customer base. ServMan also provides a client survey module, call escalation module, wireless warehouse module and the ServMan EDI module, which can be purchased separately.
