The system really is Simple so the name is very fitting. I like the ease and accuracy of the reports that I need to pull from the system. They allow me to provide information quickly for Corp. meetings. My clients like having the information at their fingertips. I'm always educating my clients about this product and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] have done several virtual demos for my prospects, clients, and Mngmt/Sales, teams. They are great at presenting the product and customizing it in order to benefit your organization. I like getting emails when requests are put in the system from our clients.

This may be available and I just don't know but it would make it easier for my staff if they could just make one upload into the system for the compliance paperwork instead of having to do one at a time. Would like it if the system could be integrated with Avionte Bold. This would keep my staff from having to enter data into SVMS. We can import payroll so that is a nice feature.

SimpleVMS is a fantastic application for vendor management and it is exceptionally user-friendly. I like how it provides a very robust selection of functions within the application to deliver process efficiencies,compliance and cost savings. It is extremely easy to use and navigate and easy to integrate with our current applications.

Right now i have nothing to think of that i doesn't like about SimpleVMS as it comfortably meets our expectations.

The system has all of the capabilities a company is looking for. The time and attendance feature is something you don't see other VMS's offer. This is great because we can utilize their clocks for a fraction of the cost large timekeeping systems charge.

SimpleVMS is easy to use and creates a standard process across our many locations. Timekeeping and billing are simplified and saves time.

With any program reporting seems to be an area of improvement; however I am satisfied with the many reports in the system.
