Honeywell Forge Visitor Management is a visitor and contractor management software solution that records all staff, visitor, and contractor check-ins, from small to large businesses. A multi-platform software, it is available on the web, iPad, and a mobile iOS and android app.
Honeywell Forge Visitor Management allows businesses to maintain electronic records of all visitors, including personal information, photo ID, and the purpose of their visit. Automatic alerts via email, SMS, or app push allow hosts to know instantly when a guest checks in. Visitor types are customizable, and pre-registrations, invites, and csv uploads allow quick registration of large groups and staff.
Inbuilt reporting and analytics dashboard provides detailed charts on visitor check-in and exceptions. Reports can be exported as a csv, and an automatic daily email. Users can accept or reject guests, and digital ID badges can be printed automatically. Time limited QR codes embedded in the badge allows for fast check-out or entry. Geo-fencing allows visitors to easily check-in via the mobile app and reminds visitors to check-out upon leaving the site. With Honeywell Forge Visitor Management, custom forms can also be set for check-in and out, for everything from NDAs, inductions and electronic signatures to reminders to return all items.
The solution integrates provides calendar, web hook and API integration, allowing verification of identities and registrations.
