We want to stress that we love and recommend Wrike mostly for its ability to combine what we see as available features from other applications under one umbrella.

Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

It's a simple but effective tool to consolidate your desktop and make you extremely focused on the important things. NOW, it does not work and locks up the application completely, to the point that I have no choice but to remove it from my shift. Adore the integration with apps like WhatsApp, Slack and HootSuite--it's like having my very own personalized terminal with all of the solutions I need to get my work done efficiently.

From the ability to save templates of our most current jobs, to being able to pull reports to see which jobs are most profitable have been valuable to our business. Very difficult to use for projects that have open-ended costs and fixed costs combined--designed for one or the other, not both. Quickbooks integration has been very time-consuming and frustrating.

The boards didn’t make sense, it was hard to work with a group and it took a total project golden retriever (me) and turned me into an inspiration-drained napper. It was a wonderful experience using them for my internal organizational needs as well as client boards. And it was amazing to have integrations to other tools to keep things flowing fast and easy. It was a godsend to be able to see tasks that were in progress, had stalled or were waiting on my input etc. It's fantastic for collating information and for keeping dibs on my team and my own duties.

She was so through and patient with me, when teaching me the system. We really had bad experiences with project management software that tried to do everything and connect to everything. All that does is make adopting it difficult because their are too many features. Function Fox is a great program for helping you track hours and tasks. Also, the customer service team is very responsive and very helping in answering any questions I have had over the years.

Problems in integration with Zapier, poor integrations, unable to sync with google calendar, old fashion face, limited functionality of the mobile version.

This is just a feature request rather than a complaint, but I can have all the conversations in an email opened by default instead of the collapsed view. Previously, we attempted to use Gmail to accomplish this, but Front does a great job of managing the workflow of sharing one email and collaborating effectively.

It can be fairly inconvenient and confusing to users who do not know the ins and outs of the app. I guess my only complaint would be that its sometimes confusing when designing a new form and getting it implemented, but any time I've had a problem, one phone call is all it took to help me.

The lack of drag and drop used to be the biggest con for me, since I upload files often. Nice API, you can take all your data and do whatever you want with it. The request management system is pretty good. We have integrated it via its API with our in-house issue tracking software: the integration was a little awkward but once set-up hasn't given us any problems.
