I really like the ease of use and the implementation of the system was virtually seamless with the tech team from BlueFolder. The reports are very good for our needs.
It is very hard to come up with negatives. And when you find a problem, their development team immediately responds to your request and suggests workarounds.
The feature I like most about this software is the ability to easily create work orders and assign to the technicians. Everything is saved, and easily accessible.
Many of which are completely missing from similar software.
I love how this product is simple and easy to navigate and use. The amount of customization is really great.
I really missed not having Blue Folder around.
The smart lists are super nice and help organize all the jobs.
No validation reports sufficient for regulatory requirements. This is available from other providers, but at a higher cost.
Sale team has been helpful when I have had cusotmers that could benifit they helped me to setup a demo system. There are very few companies (especially software) that i like as much as this system.
The scheduling and team calendar feature, also the ease to customize the system to fit your business needs. We also like that it tracks equipment in one place.

Our company has previously implemented three different databases and why didn't we know about Aroflo sooner. The training videos were a great learning tool and the set up support was wonderful.
Email integration is shaky and doesn't always send/receive. Recommended/requested improvements or reported errors are not often attended to.
Great workflow management tool, with very responsive and helpful customer service.
Inability to drag and drop plans from Outlook to AROFLO when using CHROME.
The ability to create quotes drawing real time cost information from the inventory and then using that information through the ordering process and on into recording materials used is brilliant.
Inventory management is a weakness of this solution in our opnion.
Retention management is a fantastic tool. The way that this product assists to improve communication between the field and office users.
I haven’t found any negatives yet. User interface could be a bit more visual if I had to find a negative.

It's a great piece of project management software, easy to use, seamless workflow, very user friendly, great tutorial videos, works well with Xero.
The internal process & conflicts with permissions was a frustration when implementing this solution.
Aside from it is very easy to use, what I like about this software is the accuracy of its report. The software has excellent functionalities, we like that we can estimate the project cost so easily.

All the information within an invoice is seamlessly transferred, so we can we see in Xero which jobs they relate to. For me, the best thing about WorkflowMax is the payroll system.
It's great for timing tasks and has a great customer support as well.
It is very easy to use and gives us very good visibility into the costs of our projects. Back costing is so easy when all products and labour get reconciled against the project.

If you have a small business and you aren't wanting to pay money for a robust set of software than WorkflowMax is a very good option. You can produce invoices in a matter of a couple minutes.
What I like the most with this software is that is has a timer on doing your to-do tasks and very easy to use and easy integration with Xero. Definitely a must software.
It helps you manage clients well. If you have an accounting practice, especially in New Zealand, you will realize the benefits that it provides in terms of tax filing for your clients.

No push notification to fieldworkers of their expiring licenses and inductions. We are not able to manage fieldworker availability.
Very Good system and easy to use, You receive help and guidance in timely and friendly manner. The team will always endeavor to find solutions to any issues.
The least about this software is that there are a few limitation on the features but getting.
Assignar is a fantastic program. It has changed the way we run so many aspects of our business through it now, its great to have one place to keep all of the information together.

Vonigo is truly at the heart of our franchisee experience, and we're thrilled to have found a partnership that we can see true longevity in.
One of the items that seems to be frustrating is that when the software is updated we are not notified of the changes to the program.
I like the ease of use and the easy access to the calendars system as well as the ease of looking up customer with invoices, account etc. It is a great program I recommend it.
When we rolled out the tool, there was no training materials. We had to train ourselves and that took time.
We use Vonigo for our day-to-day operations and are thrilled with it. It helps us organize our schedule, our customer database, and to help us book jobs quickly and easily.
Also commercial scheduling with additional addresses has been difficult to learn.
The ease and simplicity of it all. The fact that if there is anything that doesn't work for your company the awesome people at customer support always find a way to make it work.
Our organization fell hard for the sales pitch, we've had the software several months and haven't been able to go live with it yet.

They are super slick and the system walks everyone through it with out any issues. Customer service is awesome as well.

The "employee" portion seems to be the most difficult since we aren't using DF to do payroll, there are extra steps now.
Dataforma can customize almost any template to export your data. The price is super affordable for what they offer.
It takes new users a long time to understand how to input new information correctly. The way things are broken apart-building, company, customer, etc is too much.
I also love the software because it works in a logical way, and has the potential to help your office run more efficiently.

I am so grateful to have found Pest Pac back when we started in 2002. It has made all the difference in our ability to provide the best customer service experience possible.
Try and cancel your subscription they will send you a threatening email reminding you of their auto renewal policy and your obligated to pay off your remain contract or be sent to collections.
I love the service set-up report. I love the collections module and the way it helps me track customers that are over 120 days past due and is integrated directly with ARM.
There are many little mistakes with no evidence of fixing them. The pre-ceding screen to select my industry for example, Pest Control wasn’t even an option.
I liked that it was pretty consistent and very user friendly. I was able to get things done easily because I felt like it was easy to maneuver.
Keep it simple stupid is my title because this software does everything but that.
I cannot recommend PestPac for small companies, as there is another cloud product that is superior. For medium to larger companies, PestPac is still the best choice.

They nickle and dime you to death. When our company first started we had our own servers.
As a relatively new user I have been very happy with how easy the system is to use. It is user friendly and is able to in most cases quickly provide me with needed data.
Sometimes following and identifying balances and payments on merged accounts can be somewhat confusing.
The scheduler, GPS and the routing software are powerful tools that enable our production manager and our call center reps to schedule efficiently. The online payments has been a nice tool also.
From the sale to the finance department to the customer service that you can't reach was truly the worst I've experienced.

Pestpac’s functionality is excellent … if you can wrap your head around them. The app is easy enough to use.
Outdated interface that significantly limits how quickly our staff can work with software. For example, there is no use of pre-fetching data, batch uploads, continuous backup, data validation, etc.
It makes it so easy to create very tight and effective routes for all of our specialists.
Functionality, the system is difficult to use even after 3+ years of working with the software you still dont fully understand how to operate it.
It performs so many functions very well and integrates them within the system seamlessly. The routing and scheduling has created substantial efficiencies in our routes.
Love the accountability for money in this program. We briefly switched to another software and it was 6 months of sheer terror trying to get sound, solid numbers out of the other software.

We pride ourselves in customer service which often includes same day delivery. Our SNAPPII app is critical to our ability to provide the best possible service and helps to save our bottom line.
No backup, the app randomly lost some of the info and we had to rebuild parts of the app. We spoke with customer service and they advised us that they could not recover the app data.
Flexible and powerful when you know what you are doing. We love the options for customization and the overall look and feel is better than other solutions I have used.
DIY platform was tedious and left you stuck and tech help soon get fed up of you and also will ignore you too using the chat facility.
The apps help us achieve that objective and help showcase these products. Snappii's technical staff have been very responsive when issues arise, allowing us to solve them and keep the apps up to date.
Updates caused user frustration and when adding multiple users.
Easy to organize, paperless system, and easy to use. The customer service is great at resolving any issues.
That the form can only be filled out with a tablet positioned vertically. This makes it difficult when using a keyboard on a IPAD to import data.

The system is easy to use and super practical. Its a super great asset to have in your tool box.
However, it does have some connectivity issues and lagging issues at times, which makes it frustrating for users, especially when most of our business is revolved around the program.
The attachment feature is amazing and allows you to upload and store lots of information in the work orders. Robust system and we have lots of confidence in it.
It's hard to fix mistakes, and navigate the website on the phone. My biggest thing would be to have an app or a phone version of the website.
The customer support has been fantastic. She has been amazing to work with and has answered every with a day.
Previous lack of an inventory module and now the new inventory module updates are slow with a system that does not always work well.
Fairly simple (which for me is good), good search qualities, good customer support, I don't know cost to rate value.
Small buttons make each page seem confusing. I have to click through several buttons and screens to get to places I want to go in the app.

I use all their features and each one does an amazing job of saving me time and helps me better serve my clients. The people are amazing, absolutely amazing.
The potential for making mistakes in scheduling jobs is high. These user mistakes can lead to jobs simply disappearing, or unable to be found.
Service Autopilot has been great for us, we are continually impressed with their customer service, training, and the benefits it has and is brining our company.
The system has slowed to a crawl; very frustrating. Reporting is difficult to use.
With many customizable options it is suitable for large scale companies to any small service company. Truly a great asset to have on your side.
In fact, their latest release, V3, is a disaster. The interface is unforgivingly bewildering.
I love the budgeted vs actual job hours feature as it allows us to see which jobs and or crews are most profitable. My favorite feature is that billing is literally done with the push of a button.
The integration to Quickbooks on line always has issues balance between programs are always wrong.
I loved its ease of use and how easy it was to teach my workers how to use it. It also has tons of extras that really come in handy when it comes to managing all aspects of business.
When I inquired why our pricing was higher, I was told about the tiered pricing and because it only affected a few clients, they intentionally didn't notify us about the change.
And we love it's ability to sync with QuickBooks, which has worked very well.
If you want to be aggravated buy this program.

EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE. You need to be an computer programer to setup.
I've been using this software for some time now as a beta tester for my carpet cleaning business and all I can say is WOW. Everything from the reports, to the provider login is all outstanding.
There are some things that take time to learn and understand but once that is done you just forget about them.
For me being a photographer the most important aspect is the scheduling. I love how the smart scheduling lets my clients book without overlap.
It takes some time in the beginning to customize everything to your business, but after that, you set it and forget it.
Marketing features like coupons, gift cards, and more. Reports feature, this is great you can see all reports you need to grow.
There are so many features with BookingKoala that it makes if difficult to keep track of what it can do. But if you're inside there all day every day you will figure it out very quickly.
Have been using them for a few months in my cleaning company and they have been fantastic. Quick support, quick dev team pushing new features, and a solid community.
I benefitted from reducing office staff and saving more money. Also I save personal time from doing extra work on the side.
BK's support staff is as good as it gets, quick responses and if I called and left a VM they would call me back the same day and often straight away including weekends and evenings.
Best decision I've ever made as a young entrepreneur is investing in BK. Also, the CEO, is a humble, transparent and hard working guy, not some person you will never see who's behind the software.

Overall the system is fantastic and although we are still working on getting the best from it, we wouldn't be without it.
I'd be lost without it, it has stopped the constant over load of paperwork coming into the office which in turns promotes a greener environment.
Workpal allows us to do that and more. It is user friendly which again is important for any of our employees who are not as confident at using IT equipment.

It’s difficult at times when there is no access to internet, working out on sites can be tricky on occasions.

On top of that the price is exceptionally competitive which is fantastic for a small company like ours.
Every job and associated detail is at the click of a button, no more running out of stock, no more office and field mistakes that cost time and ultimately money.

The integration into QB's is a problem for me at this time.

In Brazil, programs for service management is very difficult to work with, when I found this system, I found all the features I need.
It's easy to use and has the functionality we require. Migrating from another online system was easy and any questions/problems were quickly resolved.
There were some accounting features missing initially but we have rectified this now.

It is a full enterprise system, it has a nice owner dashboard. The job costing is great and the report writer is also good.

Everything else about this software is bad. The customer service us horrible, the accounting system has glitches all the time, Information is hard to find in all of the menus they list.
We found Jonas easy to learn because they have THE BEST trainers and customer support. We have gotten to know that staff over the years and they are awesome.
To add a cost in the PO and then have to change it in the parts master is ridiculous; it should update automatically.
We called her constantly for small issues and always got a great response and solution. The support over the years has been excellent with quick responses and fixes.
Another negative is that they are a Canadian company and the way they perform some of their business practices are different than what we perform. The function and terminology is different.

The yearly support fee is too expensive. I'm forced to use Capital letters all of time.
The customer support whenever you have an issue, question or concern is outstanding, when you log a case they get back to you very quickly.
We were using multiple programs that Jonas would be replacing which was a part of our grief.
Overall we are very pleased. We use EMobile to handle all of our service technicians and the construction package, general ledger, payroll and A/R are all solid packages.
At the end of the day this software does what it needs to do. From an administration perspective it can be difficult to manage.
It's very user friendly, and they have great customer support. Most users are able to understand the Jonas processes quite easily.

Customer support is the best. Nice to be able to talk to real people and have them remote in and help with issues.
Nothing we were sold or told would work ended up working. This has been an extremely disappointing, costly and frustrating experience with SimPro.
The software feels like just what the doctor ordered and we are very happy with the choice. The simPRO team has been rock solid, supportive, knowledgeable, and fun to work with from day 1.
Poor software, Poor management, poor implementation, Avoid at all costs.
The software has been great and had performed as described. The integration team has been awesome as well.
On the accounting and estimating side of this software Simpro uses Margin percentage (Simpro calls it Gross Margin) and not Gross Margin dollars.
Easy to implement the back office side works really well and gives the ability to manage stock and jobs easily. The integration into Quickbooks is flawless and is a great boon.
Dealing with stock is extremely difficult and transferring Work notes and Technician notes over to another job if the Electrician has written in wrong job or cost centre.
Ease of use, overall a great product. Good support, smooth implementation.

Seems clunky and non-intuitive at first and training from SimPRO after the initial roll out is not complimentary and quite costly.
Support: Everyone on my team loves the fact that we can call and bug someone about this software and we are welcomed to do so.
I hate the fact that I cannot remove the ability by security group to download whatever is on the screen. This is a huge data info/sec problem.
Our overall experience has been good. The Simpro team provided good start up training, follow up and customer support.
The best part of the Simpro software is it’s ability to cover every stage of a project from the very first call or email to the final billing/payment and every step in between.
The implementation/set-up was essential in getting us up and running quickly and without the frustrations that can come with learning anything new. Our Implementation Consultant has been fantastic.
Many people in my office are visual learners and I think it's wonderful that there is on-site training on how to use the software.

The customer support is good and the functionality of the software is excellent. There was a slight learning curve involved but they helped us out with that.
If you even accidentally click the wrong thing or modify a reoccurring work order they will never go away. The only answer that customer service can give you is to mark it as cancelled.

The real time tracking is a great feature to know where my drivers are to liaise with our customers and the instant access to POD's are fantastic.
Canceled orders are displayed on the screen again. Turkish translation is bad for other users.
Being a smaller company enables us to have an ear straight into the product team which is great. The platform is quite easy to pick up and the tracking element is excellent.
The "task" system was a little confusing at the beggining, since we could not use our ID for the deliveries and were forced to use the one given by the system that meant nothing to us.
The software is accurate and does a great job. The analytics are getting better and better, and the implementation was nice and simple.

Provides a good interface for planning and executing a project, and if trust is established in the group, Geniebelt is a fantastic tool to maintain flow and focus.
The main problem about delays is when people don't know where they are in a process. For example, a team may arrive on Monday and expect to be finished with a task Friday ' but gets delayed a day.
I love the fact that I can get updated on the spot with projects and project managers. Live progress from the site is one of the greatest features.
No documentation work is required after completion of project.
Had a good experience, was using the program with work and managed to plan the project I was on effectively and with relative ease.

I have been using Geniebelt from the beginning of the development, so I have experienced a lot of small irritations points. These still pop up, from time to time, but are usually fixed fast.
The Geniebelt app is great for when you are onsite and urgently need to see the latest drawings. The customer service has been very good and practically instant when you have an issue.

We like the ease of use in the field. I liked the dedication to customization from the team up front.
The software is clunky and the reports are poorly designed. Filling out the forms are a pain point for our users.
The availability to have records of all visit & areas. The map is great and the animation is, also very nice.
The one thing that gives me a headache from time to time is the lagging of the system. I guess it needs a little bit of work on and an update or two so everything can run smoothly.
Friendly Software, a very good tool when managing mobile jobs, saves time and money and helps productivity and the functioning of processes.
Looses GPS connection when indoors but have to hit the Refresh button to pick up connection again.
It's also a great way to keep my service techs and our service calendar in sync ensuring a high level of customer service. Our customers love the reports and the information we provide.
The staff dislikes being tracked by GPS and having to check-in/out.

The pricing is great for staying they same. I love the estimate interface to present to customers.
If you are in the middle of your input and you have to leave that page you either complete all the boxes or you loose what you have in put.
The staff at P3 are awesome to work with. They are very responsive and have helped us implement the software in a very quick time.
Then my bank downloads the actual deposit and it doubles the amont paid in Quickbooks. It has my Accountant pissed off as it has inflated all my accounts especially my checking account.

Easy transition from our other software, slowly changing things to fit our needs and once again super good customer service.
Cannot drag items in the cart. I wish it prompted you to select an address, we have made the mistake of using the default one before and sending crews to the wrong location.
The Better Software does a very good job of receiving feedback from their users and uses that feedback to help implement future projects and directions with the software.
I am not sure if it is how we have the system set up or if it is limitations based on our needs. BPro can be clunky and confusing.
With The Better Software Company there is always someone there to help us with any questions no matter how big or small. It's user friendly and there are videos to watch if you need help.
Sometimes the reports can be a little confusing to figure out which ones to use for what.
