Best of all, it allows you to integrate into most of the popular platforms seamlessly and it allows you to start small for free and grow big.
Due to jotform errors and their non-existent customer service I am now getting angry emails from customers threatening to cancel their subscriptions.
The improved back-end features, the reporting functions, and the integrations have really made me like this platform. The nonprofit discount and the overall affordability have been great.
It's expensive and you can only gather X amount of forms before being charged. The website is a bit dated.
The form creator is awesome. It made it SUPER easy to design a form with the fields I required my customers to fill out and let's them upload images when contacting me.
That it’s hard to read and fill out on mobile browsers because of the tendency to be cut off on the screen.
The amount of customizing that can be done with JotForm is simply amazing, even with the free account. I simply couldn't find the ability to use file upload in a free account other than JotForm.
There were no features that I felt were missing or could be improved. No aspects of JotForm were diffiult to use.

Great, easy to use software for start up to smaller type businesses who need an easy to use software that you do not have to spend a lot of time setting up and has a great easy to use interface.
The one disadvantage is that it's certainly not the easiest system to use, and there's no way the average Jo can set themselves up on it alone.
I used this and best in customer support, sales product and operation. I recommend this to those have a business this will help you.
The information that comes in from emails regarding Salesforce can sometimes be a little misleading or is just not in the same location that it was before. Product information that is.
I love that it's customizable for the specific needs of our organization and the definitions we have. There are also amazing integrations built in.
Similar to the product that salesforce bought and then killed DESK.com.
Great and positive experience with this product. A big investment but will give you tools to make you successful.

On a rare occasion, my scripting will lag a little bit and I'll need to fill that 1 second gap while loading.
Far and away the best part is the support I've received from a customer rep. They always make themselves available to answer any and all of my questions and share their vast wealth of knowledge.
I can't think of anything at this moment. There's only been a handle of times where Yonyx "made errors" and our scripts wouldn't generate, but that is expected with technology.
Easy to use and it is used friendly, best customer service , Worth for every penny.
The settings menu is a bit confusing, I always have to click around to find what I am looking for.
I like the user interface, it is super intuitive and visually appealing.
To have such an overview is difficult to achieve as I had learned previously before coming across Yonyx.
It's great and easy to use. It is installed on my hard drive, and that's where I like it.
Iam proud to be Revelian family, since i couldn't hear other companies having this great tool.

I am using solve since years know and I love how easy and intuitive it is to use. No need to read hours of manuals and still there are great benefits.
What I hate is that they are very rigid about not allowing you to choose how you want to sort customers.
It has been a wonderful CRM to work with. I recommend it to anyone that needs to keep track of contacts and their interactions.
I really haven't found anything at all that I dislike. We are in the process of adding other lines of business to our database because of its flexibility.
Solve has helped us be a better company. We serve our clients better because with Solve as a tool in our belt.
The fact that you can't delete or hide tags or fields that we no longer use.
I love the ease of entering customers and it being one place for everyone to stay updated.
I just know now that I have to go deeper I can find that which is when we are really busy no time doing that digging but when prompt by email it will give us a reminder.
The software is very easy to use, keeps all our client information close at hand. It is nice that we have access where ever we may be.

I recommend LS for any start up, mid size enterprise or a high scale enterprise, trust me on this looks like words of ease in praising the apps, But in fact it is a True Value Addition.
Some features are missing at the time of this review but not going to mention them as I know they are in the pipeline.
My sales and marketing team are quite excited by the effectiveness of the tool - and our witnessed business growth is a strong testimonial.
Integration with other MIS softwares is a bit of a pain. Emailer campaign setup could be a little easier.

Some features are missing at the time of this review but not going to mention them as I know they are in the pipeline.

It is a clean, simple, and easy-to-use software. It has served me in the most efficient way when creating my advertising campaigns for my company, thanks to the system I have had a great reach.
There is a glitch that affected the geolocation on accounts that were already geolocated. Support tried to fix by geo-locating every account but now it's worse on both mobile and desktop.
It keeps your company with a good reputation, the sales area is more enjoyable with each person, ForceManager is more than what we can ask for, with all its tools that are very complete.
We have done all the suggestions-and still have not gotten the sync to work. This has resulted in critical data lost.
Happy with FORCEMANAGER is an intuitive and easy-to-use tool, without a doubt a true sales reinforcement. Also helps us optimize the time and collaboration of my team to be more efficient.
Overall I chose not to continue to purchase the application, because of my frustration.

Great features like Re-assign of calls when you can't complete the task, attendance, dashboard calendar like there are many great features.
Selfie and location not showing in iPhone so it is difficult to track weather it is showing exact locations or not. Sometimes the app gets hang that is very disappointing.
Great functionality basically the online and offline sync of the application was excellent, The notification also great when an call or task assigned it will notify with default message tone.
Unable to remove unwanted fields. Auto pick based on customer name not functioning.
The features like attendance and tracking options are super convenient. The inbuilt messaging module was very great.
