I have greatly enjoyed using this tool. Using it, I can schedule meetings for my employees seamlessly. Because the program is so thorough and easy to use, my employees has adapted well. Hence, there is no time to waste, you already have an answer to your products.
It is easy to tell which rooms are available just by looking. Meetings can be arranged impromptu without the worry of being thrown out by others.
The app can take some time to load. It can be multilingual.

Absolutely love how they’ve created a one stop solution for planning work from the office with the current hybrid work model. Booking seats, parking & meals for those who come to the office is all done with just one click. The team calendar also allows me to see who from my team is coming to the office, so I can plan my day in advance. It is the best app for improving employee experience. And like I say, it is the most accommodating hybrid workplace app ever.
Everything about the product. It is very user friendly. And because it offers everything in one place, I do not have to switch between different apps. Be it desks or parking, everything is on one platform. Super comfortable in using this app.
I like their desktop version more compared to their mobile version. Also, I think the load time for the mobile version is more compared to the desktop version.

The feature that stands out according to me has to be recurring booking. I can make bookings for a specified period. I just have to select the dates and the system takes care of everything else.
Although the hoteling solution is great to use, I wish they will add a few more features to the solution soon.

Be it my employees or the resources they need, everything can be scheduled and managed using WorkInSync. Their scheduling software allows me to approve my employees’ visits to the office. They can also put in requests for resources such as desktops or LAN cables, and it gets processed by the software.
Nothing needs to be done manually, and that is what I like most about the software. The options are all there. Employees select what suits them the best and that is it. The requests come to me and all I need to do is approve the same. Everything else gets taken care of by the software itself.
The software can be more intuitive. It works great right now, but yes, there is scope for improvement

Knowing how the office is being used is important. I can manage my workplace better with WorkInSync. The dashboard shows me everything I need to know about the office and how it is operating. Kudos to the team for developing such amazing software.
I can download the usage reports for my reference. While I can see everything that is happening in the office on the dashboard itself, I can download the analytics and refer to it if I need to make improvements to the office space.
While everything about the employees is included in the WorkInSync software, I would also like to get a report on the visitors.

Its a great application for business, helps a lot to manage safety of associates
Scheduling, Desk booking, Security dashboard and Safety alerts.
I did not like the dependency on Network which impacts a lot on Safety alerts.

As a manager, I know how difficult it is to implement an app. The WorkInSync implementation team is great. The app is the perfect tool for both employees and employers regardless of the setup you have. The team got the app working in a matter of days, and without any hassle.
The features are very well-suited to my organization. It helps me manage my office very well. Also, the team is great.
There is nothing to dislike about the product. Although, I hope they will add more features to the app in the near future.

Its overall good to have a track of employees in cooperate setting. due to this I have a desk reserved which is very helpful and especially in my training period because of this I was able to manage my work as I always see when am I started working and how many hours left to work that day. and
Its UI can be improved a little as it is very plain. You can add a reminder feature as I sometimes forgot to mark my desk attendance.

The desktop version works better compared to the mobile version. It is easier for me to customize the bookings on the desktop version in comparison to the mobile version.
The employee scheduling app from WorkInSync is great because it has made life easier for me and my employees. With just a few clicks, my employees can schedule themselves. For me, I can overview all of it without having to lose my mind. It is all there for me to see. Transparency has actually improved as a result of WorkInSync's employee scheduling app.
The employee schedules can be customized if required. For instance, if an employee wants to change their visit timings, it can be done by themselves or me, when required. I can also approve the workflows, therefore, ensuring that there is never overcrowding in the office.

Easy Seat booking when I am going to office, hassle-free and safe entry to my office. We can book meeting rooms on the same app. It also has Sanitization tracker management for the workplace admins. Overall its like a super app for the workplace. The product also has integration capabilities with MS Teams , Slack, HRMS softwares and so on. I can see on my work calendars about the seat I booked, my work preference etc.
Sharing my work place preferences - whether I am working from home or office, and contactless safe entry to my office whenever I wish to work from office. Also, their seat booking system on the app is very very convenient. I can find where my colleague or team mates have booked their seat and book my seat nearby, how awesome is that! The best part is I can see when was that particular seat sanitised and it gives me a safe feeling.
Nothing as of now. If I find something going forward, I will surely update my review here.

I started using the desk booking software when my office opened in January. Let me say this, the software is so well-developed. It makes desk booking a cakewalk. It has a bunch of features that I really like and want to keep using as long as I work.
I love the find my colleague feature. When booking my desk, I can see where my colleagues are sitting. I can then find a desk near them. This makes it so easy to sit with the team.
I wish the UI was better App has fewer features than web portal

Despite the amazing software, the best thing about WorkInSync is the outstanding customer service, always responsive and generous!
I primarily use Meeting room Management and Visitors Management, and I am really pleased with how simple it is to use. I did not have any trouble implementing it.
Getting used to some of the tools requires a little more work than I think is necessary, but once you've got the hang of them, they're easy to use.

Good for team scheduling and collaboration, I can see where my team is seated, I can see when the majority of them are planning to visit the office, and plan my meetings with them face to face.
Great interface, easy to navigate interactive floorplans, team calendar overlapping to see when my team members are coming to office and I can plan my visit accordingly.
Please add the cafeteria meal booking too.

This has been a smart and an easy to use tool that can be used with minimal training. The adoption was smooth and the support team has been hand holding through the deployment stage. Their AI based selfie with masks is a pretty cool feature and how it remembers my preferences for the next use.
Choice of booking your desk, and to be able to choose to sit close to your colleague to collaborate is what worked best for me. Ease of booking your requirements ahead helps me plan my day ahead Contactless entry and the sanitization check of the desk I'm going to use adds up so much of peace to my mind.
Maybe they can capture the recording of attendance at the customers site visit also.

When my office announced that we need to get back to our workplace, I was scared, to be honest. Apart from safety, the concern was whether or not I will be able to adjust. With WorkInSync, the process to return to the office became seamless. From their QR-based sign-in to desk management, I am extremely happy to have used this app. The features are well-developed. It is a must for all employees returning to the office.
The best feature in the app has to be the desk booking app. I can find my colleagues and see when they are visiting. I can also schedule my desks in advance.
The interface can improve. I can see a lot of updates on a daily basis, which shows that they are improving the app to be the best.

Overall it is a great app with really good customer service which sets them apart.
Corporates these days have multiple apps for each part of the employee experience. WorkInSync simplifies a big chunk of it with comprehensive app which includes transportation, office access and also seat booking. Features are intuitive to understand without the need to refer to the guidance material over and over again. Temperature scanning at the entrance is a very convenient feature of the app.
The seat booking experience can be faster.

It's absolutely amazing on the WorkInSync team, That they were able to adapt to the situation and Build a new product, and launched within a year of pandemic Hit. which was really not their domain and now can find any other app in the market which has covered the number of use cases which #WorkInSync App has and that 2 for half of the price compared to others.
Team calendar, Work Planner, Vaccination Status, Seat Booking, Notification & Reports & Analytics
Have not crossed that path yet. Hopefully as they have a long term vision of this app awaiting for the new promised features to be released.

WorkNSync has overall been a very pleasant vendor to have and a very cooperative team to work with.
WorkInSync made it very easy for us to book our seats in office from the comforts of our home. It is a very user friendly platform.
It hangs sometimes, but other then that I have had no problem with them.
