Condo Control Review: Condo Control is easy to use.

Sanae:                                                 Hi, my name is Sanae. I'm a site administrator working in Crossbridge and I will rate four to the Condo Control apps.
                                                       I'm using Condo Control apps to manage my residents such as owners or tenants profile. I'll register the new tenants and owners to Condo Control apps and sometimes I'll also use the app to help the residents to book the [inaudible 00:00:30].
                                                       So Condo Control is pretty easy to use. I can usually easy to find the button or the subject that I want in Condo Control. And then does have different selection. And the selection is very satisfied for my client.
                                                       I think last month. So that's have some time condo Control apps have some fuzzy things, so it's automatically all the language, especially the selection, change it to the French, to the French and actually, I don't know, I don't know French. Therefore, I need to use the other translation app to see what is the English meaning about that.

Stephen:                                               My name is Stephen and I'm the general manager and registered agent for the Park Square Co-Owners Association here in Houston, Texas. We're a 23-story luxury, high-rise, privately owned condominium building. And I would rate Condo Control a 5.
                                                       So I can't really speak to as to how the previous manager was managing everything, but it was just all kind of paper and pencil and the communication to all of the homeowners and residents, owners, and occupants rather. It just really wasn't as effective as I felt it could be. So that's why I decided to implement Condo Control. It's a very effective communication tool as well.
                                                       So after we spoke with the reps and we did kind of a trial run with Condo Control, we saw the capability that it had and it just fit perfectly for our association, not only from a communication aspect to get information out to the owners, but with the file libraries that we can upload things such as the monthly financials. Homeowners can access it, and they can see all of that rather than have to request for management. It's just a phenomenal tool. I love it.
                                                       It wasn't too bad. I mean, it's like any new platform, or app that you're going to use, there's kind of a learning curve and you just have to get used to toggling things back and forth and really just kind of customize the site to where it fits your business needs. And so it really wasn't bad at all getting started. Once we learned how to navigate through the system. It's very seamless. It's very seamless. I love it.
                                                       I would highly recommend any association implement the Condo Control platform. It is a very effective tool. It's a great way to communicate to your community. It's a great way to archive your association documents. You've got the directory, homeowners can contact each other. They don't have to call management to reach out for any information. You can customize the unit-specific files. Again, I rated a 5 and I would highly recommend it to anybody in a homeowner's association line of business.
