What is Primo?

Primo is an Italian-language software for managing beauty centers and hairdressing salons. The solution includes tools for managing customers, appointments, reminders, subscriptions and prepayments, marketing, and more.

With Primo, salon managers can work from any internet-enabled device to manage bookings and customers. The calendar allows users to view and manage the availability of stylists or beauticians, and resources including rooms and equipment. To increase customer loyalty, users can print and manage loyalty cards as well as sending out birthday greetings, promotions, and reminders to customers via SMS and WhatsApp. Support for barcode readers and cash registers lets users scan sales and take payments for services.
