The online scheduling tool allows gym instructors to view employee schedules and work hours, record members’ attendances, and monitor class occupancy levels and waiting lists.
Using Pulse’s corporate wellness module, users can automate invoice generation, manage club memberships, and create or modify employee profiles in real-time. It offers a variety of features including PCI-compliance, inventory management, data filtering, email notifications, activity dashboard, task management, reporting, time clock entries, and more. The platform allows personal trainers to access the client’s contact details, monitor progress, and review billing history.
Pulse facilitates integration with various third-party applications including HubSpot, Lead Dolphin, InMoment, RocketJourney, 250ok, Vibe HCM, and more. Using the integrated payment management system, members can directly process payments through user accounts, view and purchase additional training sessions, and handle reservations on a unified platform.
