We were seeing an overall bottleneck in production that seemed to be getting a bit worse with time. ABS has changed the game for us. We are constantly improving/analyzing our business processes to more align with the ABS software, and it most definitely pays off in every aspect.As we progress through cleaning up our process internally and incorporating more and more of our day to day operations directly into ABS we see an immediate improvement to both production and efficiency.Another issue we were having is being able to have our data "visible" to the management team. It was very difficult to query information prior to ABS. We now have 100's of options at our fingertips to get our data at a seconds notice.
ABS has been a blessing for Steel Grip. When it was first implemented aver 20 years ago we were doing most of our process by hand manually. Since then we have been through several versions of the software and with every new version we are stunned at the level of development.ABS allows for automatically handling a TON of the small tasks that can eat away at overall productivity. I wish there was a better way to handle Cut-Ahead items (and Piecework in general). However, I'm under the impression that this development is in the works and we could be seeing this in the upcoming releases.

Have been using ABS for quite some time now, and I must say their support staff is one of the best out of all the ERP software I have work with. Their very knowledgeable not only about their product but also the overall flow of supply chain process. Having a small IT team within our company, ABS has continued to provide support when we needed them most and help resolve our issues and challenges on a timely manner.When customization is needed for our specific business needs, ABS has provided guidance and how the software can be configured without customization and more importantly the best approach when customization is needed.We are in the process of implementing their Warehouse Management System and looking forward to it.
Would like to have the session closed when users closes their browser as record locks seems to be happening frequently.

What a great experience implementing ABS for our wholesale business, over the past year I’ve had the pleasure of leading this project and had nothing but a wonderful experience working hand in hand with the support team in ABS.ABS has helped us turn the business from a manual operation to a fully integrated operation.
Overall I like all features of the software, extremely user friendly and easy to navigate.
The Fact that not all reporting tools and or data can be exported in Excel.

We are a unique case in that ABS was highly customized for us when we implemented it over 20 years ago. We recently updated to v16. By changing some of our processes to align with the ABS functions, out capabilities to manage and report have grown exponentially.
Most screens are easy to use. Navigation between screens is streamlined. It is nice to be able to toggle between two or more screens without exiting a screen. I love that we can pull up and print our own reports.
I would like to see more reporting options that are standard. I understand that nitro files can be downloaded and formatted but when there is a report consistently used, it would be nice to have that as a standard option. I would also like to see the GL auto update every day rather than me having to manually update through GL04.

Excellent, Product is great and customer service is amazing at all levels
Software in general is pretty user friendly and does what is expected.
Warehouse system is UPC based not efficient for our setup. Needed some custom changes.
