Excellent, Product is great and customer service is amazing at all levels
Software in general is pretty user friendly and does what is expected.
Warehouse system is UPC based not efficient for our setup. Needed some custom changes.

I like how easy the software is to use. I can learn new things without calling support or watching a video
I do wish they had a calendar of when new products are going to be implemented for me to use. Other than that it is great
