Pros

I like the real time capabilities of creating service requests and through to the final invoice.

Cons

The parts and inventory system has some glitches when transferring parts across divisions.

Pros

And most customers like the ability to access their own customer portal.

Cons

INVENTORY - I wish we could reconcile more than 1 page at a time.

The "Best" heavy duty repair shop software on the market.

Pros

From the software layout, to the real time invoicing, real time stats on every job which include technician performance, the profitability on labor & parts, to the complete step by step visibility of jobs by everyone including the customer.

Cons

If I had to say something here, it would be that i would like to see the reporting capabilities to be more robust, but this is just my opinion of course.

Migration was uneventful- startup was pretty smooth-uncovered issues have been eliminated and enhancements have been added.

Leading edge-incorporates current technologies Productive- Techs are more aware since they are tracking productivity Powerful-Allows instantaneous invoicing and generates lots of metrics Evolving- enhancements are generated routinely Well supported- CRM is alive and well
