Jestor is a cloud-based no-code and low-code platform that centralizes internal operations, approval workflows, and back-office processes for small businesses, growing teams, and mid-market organizations. Accessible via web browser, iOS, Android, and desktop apps, it consolidates purchases, reimbursements, contracts, vendor onboarding, and internal requests into structured, auditable workflows, serving as a cost-accessible alternative to enterprise-priced workflow and ERP tools. SOC 2 compliant and available in over 20 countries in Portuguese and English.

The platform is built around a relational database with customizable tables supporting 1:1, n:1, and n:m record connections, configurable multi-step approval routing, Kanban boards, pipes, list views, and BI dashboards with real-time charts, KPI tracking, and data export to Excel, CSV, and PDF. Public forms allow external request submission at no additional cost. Built-in task management ties directly to individual records, and an integrated chat and email inbox automatically converts incoming messages into tickets or cards. Over 380 native automations and integrations cover Slack, Microsoft Teams, DocuSign, Gmail, Outlook, Mailchimp, Zapier, Make, and WhatsApp. Low-code extensibility via Python, PHP, and .NET scripting within automations, plus open API, webhooks, and SDKs for Python and .NET, supports custom logic without third-party tooling.

Jestor includes a suite of AI capabilities: an AI App Builder generates tables, fields, Kanban views, forms, and full app structures from plain-text process descriptions. Configurable AI Agents automate reading, interpretation, and data extraction tasks inside tables and app pages. A Vision/OCR Agent reads uploaded images and PDFs to auto-populate fields from invoices, receipts, and contracts. A WhatsApp Agent reads incoming messages, sends automated replies, and updates linked table records. A Chat with Data assistant lets users query records in natural language. Additional AI features include audio-to-text transcription, AI-powered field suggestions, AI task creation from chat context, and integration with external models including OpenAI ChatGPT and Google Gemini. Granular role-, table-, and field-level access controls with full action logs ensure each user accesses only relevant data.
