Support does not answer questions, they stall, they deflect, and when that fails, they fall back on asking for an "Odoo only" version of the software to test the problem.

Overall its good as in it does what it needs to do, and then some. It's useful but feel at times we are only touching the capabilities of this software other then really utilizing it.

Also downloading the monthly detail for our record retention is a great feature.

I like how I can use the Square POS without having any internet access. I love how easy it is to create items, track inventory, and that they recently lowered their transaction fees.
