“There are a lot of features I do like on sitelink. For instance, having the capability to add or delete rent for certain periods on the customers ledger or add/delete discounts. However, what I personally have a difficult time with is the move in process. I tend to somehow mess up the move in discount for walk in customers every time. Which I then close the window and have to start all over. Also, the forms are inconsistent and difficult to make new forms that look professional. I also do not like that I can't have more than one screen in sitelink open at one time. ”
