What is wJewel?

wJewel is a cloud-based solution that assists jewelry manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, and refineries with managing accounting, inventory, and consignments. Key features include business analysis, purchase order management, invoice processing, data export, and label printing.

The wJewel platform enables administrators to capture images of items in order to prepare a memo or invoice, generate customer proposals, prepare product catalogs, and generate reports for best selling items, open orders, and inventory. It allows managers to keep track of inventory assigned to salespeople, maintain transaction history of sold items, search for items in the inventory catalog, and assign role-based permissions to team members.

wJewel helps supervisors monitor accounts payable, adjust prices based on gold rates, attach memos to statements, and calculate due amounts for each customer. Teams can print job tags with images and barcodes, monitor stock to identify high demand items, and send purchase orders to vendors. Businesses can also track ledger balances and details of bank deposits.
