You can see so much about who has engaged wit the content, and for how long. It's super useful to have this info to hand to know how thee content is received, and allow live demos to be more tailored.

Having the option to include a Consensus video from Outlook was key to the success of the rollout as it minimized the learning time for the sales rep and easily embedded it in their workflow.

You can still get lots from Consensus without integrating to outlook, it just makes it slightly easy to share demos via email

Sales Reps can easily send personalized demoboard's to recipients with the Consensus outlook plug in.

Pros
I think the best thing about Consensus is the fact that I can integrate it with Gmail and easily find what I need to share with my customers. The integration is great.
I like the ease of use and the ability to tailor demos for prospects, I also like the ability to add a personalised video to demos and track views.
Easy to use and easy to share with prospects, plus the tracking makes it easy to see how invested a prospect is as there are various ways to track their progress with your videos.
Cons
Navigating around it may sometimes be a little bit difficult for someone who is brand new to using it.
These are just small nitpicky complaints but this software overall has quickly become our go to video tool.
Sometimes it can be difficult to find the demo you are looking for.
