What is DocSales?

DocSales is a sales automation software designed to help businesses create, edit, electronically sign, and share documents, proposals, quotes, and contracts with customers or prospects on a centralized platform. Administrators can configure access permissions, enabling staff members to edit prices, view sent or signed files, or offer discounts and export documents in Microsoft Excel format.

DocSales allows organizations to create product catalogs with custom fields to capture technical details, categories, and other additional information. Managers can use templates to create personalized quotes, contracts, or proposals and send them to clients using secure links via email or WhatsApp. Supervisors can track the number of views on documents, secure file access through unique ID codes, and organize or group sales representatives using color-codes. The software automatically sends signed PDF documents to signees, sales representatives, or staff members, and lets businesses add questionnaires to collect customers' feedback.

DocSales facilitates integration with various third-party customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, SharpSpring, ActiveCampaign, and more. Organizations can also automate workflows and store signed documents in a secure vault.
