Quotient overview
What is Quotient?
Quotient´s online quote creation and management application enables you to create quotes in a few simple steps. Features such as auto-completion, image and file attachments and template saving make the quote creation process more efficient. Quotes will be archived in the system and can be searched using keywords. Your customers can accept quotes by checking a legally binding acceptance checkbox with a followup confirmation email. You can track and follow up on quotes using Quotient. The app lets you see how many times a quote has been viewed and when it was last viewed. You can set expiry dates on your quotes so that unaccepted quoted are archived and recently sent quotes can be followed up on. You can also add comments and notes to quotes, and apply discounts and up-selling options. Quotient integrates with Xero and QuickBooks Online so that you can create an invoice automatically from accepted quotes.
