Overall Amazing app used it for 3 months features are mind blowing, little twerk and improvement are making it a powerful onground workforce app specially for nonprofit sector.
App standout feature is its real-time employee tracking, boosting productivity and efficiency. The Manual configuration of allowing settings, it can be done through one button which can all the configuration saving a lot of time.

Over all great experience
It's a daily tool for our team to mark their attendance and then mention their route plan. We are able to track moment of the team. We are able to identify team members who are not being utilised in best possible way
Nothing as such but Unolo team needs to identify if clients are making full use of the tool or not. Also Ai needs to be built in system to generate some triggers for management.I can discuss in details of you want.

Easy to use for field teamfunctionality of detecting spoofer
Customer support is the biggest issue (from tech support to account manager support). Extremely unhappy with the way the team works i.e. they are happy if issue is not resolved but they have just replied something.

Good
Attendance and real time tracking and there is good a feature of odometer.
There is a lack of accuracy in system generated km and odometer km and i am not able to find odometer reading in location report as both report are generated seperately.

This is not completely about monitoring or inspecting the human resource on field, our manhour utilization has improved a lot since we started using Unolo. Our field employees also feel the ease of use with Unolo and passing the information from field has become very convenient.
As of now nothing has come which we haven't liked.
