Our experience has been great. They provide amazing customer support and there is a escalation point if ever needed.
The customer support is top notch at IntellaQuest. When there is a feature the software does not have the IntellaQuest team really evaluates if the feature can be added.
There is some work on the front end of setting up each module but this is common with Quality Management software. IntellaQuest does a nice job of helping with some mass importing.

The cost benefit of the system makes it work the investment.
IntellaQuest system provides flexibility, adaptability, and intelligent solutions with their applications. It is user friendly and practical once the set up and training are well thought and executed. IntellaQuest provides quick services offered to our global organization
Once in a while there are minor system bugs, but IntellaQuest is quick to have them resolved and I have never experienced long term shut down events.

Think twice before you buy this software.With my 20 more years of gauge-related experience, this is the worst software I have found.
Software developers tried compliance!!!!
It is not user-friendly at all.The gauge technician's work time will increase 4-8 times.No operation manual for gauge software.Whoever was involved in creating this software didn't compare any other software looks like.The chances of mistakes in entering information on this software are almost 100% as information needs to be entered in different places.

We really like the broad catalogue of applications and functionality. It's great for quality management, but is so much more!

A system makes the management system fun and entertaining
It’s not only a complete management system package but also it goes beyond to the business management support. Also the great team behind it can get your specific needs and tailored your program to suit these specific needs
I don’t think of any thing. Even the price is more reasonable and payment facility is great
