AdvancedEHR is a cloud-based electronic health record (EHR & EMR) solution designed to assist users in automating workflows and improving their clinical accuracy and outcomes. AdvancedEHR offers customizable and flexible patient encounter documentation, which allows users to configure documents based on their clinical approach or individual work style. Note layouts can be customized using the visual note designer, and third-party speech and transcription tools can be used to enter notes according to desired workflows. Patient charts can also be configured to suit user preferences, with user-definable folders for organization of charts, and role-based preferences & views for each user and provider. AdvancedEHR can electronically receive and exchange medical histories, consults, referrals, orders, results, and more, and health-related data can be electronically transmitted to various registries. Customizable health plans can be created using HealthWatcherTM within AdvancedEHR, enabling users to build custom medical plans to manage conditions based on a range of factors, including age, sex, diagnosis, and lab results. Patient alerts are generated and sent automatically for appointment recalls, lab orders, and prescription refills. Plans can also be assigned to groups or individual patients. Population health can be monitored and analyzed using built-in or custom reports.
