What is Book It Now?
Book It Now is a fully featured, branded online booking software, property management system and channel manager. Guests can book by room or by room type from any device. Administrative users can easily move, change, or cancel a reservation, change rates, take notes, process payments and more, all from the color-coded reservation calendar. Self check-in is fully supported.
The system offers an automated Text Messaging system to send messages before, during and after the stay. There is no additional programming required. Conversations can be relayed to and from your personal phone without revealing your personal phone number. Conversations can also be initiated from your computer or phone. Everything is logged on the reservation screen.
In additional to the numerous software features, premium 5-star rated phone and email support is included with every subscription.
