Users are able to sell physical or digital products and include coupon templates and gift certificates, as well as integrate with social media, mobile and SMS. The real-time back office provides features for managing customers, genealogies, sales, commission history, and more.

MarketPowerPRO’s replicated distributor sites provide corporate branded websites to distributors including a variety of MLM compensation plan types such as binary, stairstep, unilevel, custom hybrids and more. All compensation processing is done natively within the platform, with real-time genealogy enabling distributors to fully understand their upline and downline. Additional features include AutoShip and AutoBilling for recurring sales, a user management system, and website management tools.

The platform’s shopping cart system aims to help drive sales and encourage upsells through a simplified 3-step purchase process including unlimited role-based categories, products and SKUs. Organizations are able to build kits from multiple products and services, offer coupons, gift certificates and pre-paid cards, as well as integrate with over 85 payment gateways. Tools for product and inventory management help users keep track of the status of their products and inventory levels, including integrations for multiple warehousing and fulfillment providers.

Users can keep track of orders with MarketPowerPRO’s built-in order and shipping management modules, and stay informed about the business through administrator reports and KPIs. Commission histories are provided for each distributor, and communication systems allow users to communicate with customers efficiently via the platform. Notifications and AutoResponders keep users on top of sales, commissions or custom KPI's, and any other important information.
