Specific features provide customer service with the ability to log detailed profiles that can be queried quickly by name, address, customer/order numbers, etc. Built-in data entry tools assist with validation and naming formats, while relational database records can accommodate multiple subscriptions. Respond to requests quickly by printing labels and emailing billing or renewal reminders with an acknowledgement of agency, group or gift subscription accounts.
Branding on formal correspondences can be customized from a selection of predefined templates using the integrated form designer, or mail merge using a favored word processor. Accounting features include audit trailing for entries alongside flexible billing for renewal policies and the processing of online credit card payments.
