Recapture overview

What is Recapture?

Recapture is a cloud-based eCommerce solution which assists small to medium sized online retailers with cart recovery and email marketing. Key features include reviews management, shopping cart, multi-store management, promotions management, predefined templates, and spam check.

The application comes with a module which sends personalized, responsive emails to customers and includes links to regenerate store sessions. Marketing teams can use this system to build segments for campaigns and send emails to customers. Teams can use predefined templates to create email collector popups, build email lists and identify carts. Recapture also lets marketers configure exit intent popups which appear when a user leaves the store.

Recapture delivers daily, weekly or monthly email reports and comes with multiple currency and language support. The platform integrates with third-party eCommerce applications such as Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, and more. Marketing managers can use this tool to track open rates and conversion rates.
