Supervisors can access accounting data in real-time to compare forecasts against commitments, allocate purchase invoices and identify potential risks within job cost items through visual indicators.
Bauwise allows organizations to update forecasts, maintain accounts for labor costs, and track expenses across raw materials, rework, overspending, and scope changes. It lets administrators view budget lines and project schedules on a Gantt chart and set up access permissions for team members at a project, system, or sub-project level. Businesses can also add information about companies, payment terms, requisites, contracts, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers within a unified platform.
Bauwise integrates with various accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Managers can also track opened, accepted, or rejected change orders, send PDF documents to clients for review, and sort costs based on users, registration time, and projects.
