Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

ReviewNudger overview
What is ReviewNudger?
ReviewNudger is a single-purpose review-request and Google review management system, scoped to one business location per subscription. It is web-based, needs no installation, and is configured in one sitting.
How the workflow runs. A native integration or Zapier trigger reports that a customer paid or a job was completed. ReviewNudger normalizes that event, evaluates your sending rules, and creates one review request. The request goes out by SMS or email after a delay you set. Follow-up steps run on an ordered drip you control, with wait days, per-step copy, quiet hours, and per-channel opt-outs. The sequence stops automatically the moment the customer clicks through to Google, submits private feedback, or unsubscribes. Duplicate protection and a per-customer cooldown keep the same person from being asked twice.
Native integrations: Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks Online, Square, Stripe, Clover, FreshBooks, and ServiceM8. Zapier connects sixty-plus more, including scheduling tools such as Calendly, Acuity Scheduling, and Boulevard, through a Create Review Request action. An authenticated custom webhook trigger covers anything else, and the product exposes an open API.
Google review management. Reviews sync into one inbox with search and filters. AI drafts replies with configurable tone, reply language, and signature; publish manually, or enable auto-replies scoped by star band with a send delay so routine ratings are handled automatically and difficult ones wait for you. Review protection screens each synced review against Google's review content policy and flags likely violations with the matching report reason. ReviewNudger never submits reports to Google on your behalf: you report through Google's own workflow and record the outcome.
Also included: an embeddable review widget and Review us buttons, a tokenized quick-send link with QR code so staff can request a review in person, CSV upload for batch requests, optional post-review thank-you emails, negative-review alerts, and a weekly summary email.
Messaging and compliance. Each account gets a dedicated toll-free texting number inside its own carrier subaccount, with Toll-Free Verification handled for you. Texts never send from a shared or pooled number. A local area-code number is available as a 100 dollar per year add-on. Email requests carry your own business postal address, as CAN-SPAM requires. Consent is verified per channel and per exact destination at send time, not only at signup.
On review gating: ReviewNudger does not gate. Optional pre-screen steps are available, but every path, including a negative answer, always renders the public Google review link. That is enforced in the product rather than left to configuration.
Security and data handling: hosted infrastructure, credentials encrypted at rest, per-account tenant isolation, scoped OAuth for every provider connection, and full account data export plus hard delete on request.
Pricing: one plan at 29 dollars per month per location. Everything included, no tiers or feature gates, no per-message or per-seat fees, no annual contract, and a 14-day free trial. Support is email, answered by a person.
