StatusHub is an IT incident and disruption communication tool designed to help organizations create manual or automated incidents and communicate with external and internal stakeholders, informing about maintenance events, downtime or other issues. Enterprises can create public or private status pages to address user concerns and provide information about planned maintenance tasks and categorize audience by country, product, or data center.

Using StatusHub you can update subscribers via status page, email, SMS, Twitter, Slack, Microsoft Teams or webhooks in real-time. It offers features such as custom subdomain with SSL, maintenance scheduling, off-site hosting, and more. Administrators can use customizable templates to create incidents and maintenance events, and track upcoming events using the calendar.

It also supports integration with various third-party applications including PagerDuty, Pingdom, Uptime Robot, Okta, Zendesk, Opsgenie, VictorOps, and more.
