The help desk software provides tools to streamline support workflows. Agents can manage tickets through predefined workflows and use canned responses to resolve frequently asked questions. Zammad enables collaboration between agents through shared ticket queues and internal notes. It provides reporting to analyze trends and track performance metrics like first response time, resolution time, etc.

Integrations with applications like Slack, Telegram, and Twitter allow teams to manage conversations from multiple channels on a single platform.
