Overall, Pipedrive has been an awesome tool. It helps stay focused on the most important stuff.
My biggest issue was during the implementation process. We quickly found their programming to be inferior to SalesForce and decided to cut our losses to spend a little more on them.
The quote management function is the best part of this, reminding you of outstanding quotes and previous approved deals.
BUT when we saw that they charged us again for a full year we asked to cancel the service and they refuse to refund us for the unused year because they already charged it.
Pipedrive is now the most preferred sales management tool for our portfolio companies, and it is perfect not to mention the beauty of its interface.
The customer service and the overall functionality of this product is terrible.
I love that Pipedrive has chosen to open up these integrations to all users on their platform. This is huge win for small business owners looking to grow with them.
It's too bad that we couldn't use pipedrive as a CMS in the same time, while other CRMs offered a CMS implementations as well as SEO features. Reporting cost is a bit expensive (200$ per month).
They have some great videos to help with anything that might come up and I am very happy with their customer support. They usually get back to me within a few hours at the latest.

Hotjar is reliable and is the best at what it does. There are other options to help record app sessions, but HotJar continues to do what it does best.
This is problem because when a user messages us with a problem and we want to view how he used our website right away, we can't confirm his actions right then and there, only after a few hours.
UX plays a very important role for performance marketing and Hotjar is a brilliant tool which helps in collecting user behaviour data to do analysis and take corrective measures.
I was unsatisfied with other Heatmapping and recording software.
This is a fantastic way to understand how users are engaging with your site. I am a big fan of Hotjar and the approach to marketing insights.
Session recordings could have more filtering options and auto detection of rage clicks and ux issues. Unfortunately this tool can slow down your page load.
Love using pools - you will be surprised how good it works if you ask the right question in the right time. Very responsive and professional customer support.

They have a good base to continue improving this software, they have positive points such as the report and the monitoring is easy to use.
We're constantly fretting over accidentally erasing our data and don't want to mess with the settings too much.
It's amazing for customer service and account management, and one of my service lines has allowed me to entirely forgo offering manual reporting - which is amazing.
The limited quantity of widgets limits what you can do with the display of the dashboard.
It's very easy to implement, support is quick to respond and helpful with their replies, feature requests are taken seriously, and it's a great value for the spend.
It is somewhat limited in functionality and can be difficult to understand what the metrics mean (for example year over year, quarter over quarter, month over month and so on.).
Fantastic customer service, easy to use, super helpful tool for analytics.
Sometimes the connected apps disconnect and reports show up as empty.
Many of the integrations are very deep, and allow real-time reporting on measures that are critical to our business. For the price, the tool is fantastic.

Intuitive user interface, tools to help inform and grow your business, helps to see your data in new ways. The on-boarding and personal help has been great.
Difficult cancelation process. They make you give them a 30 day warning.
The team is clearly passionate about the product and it shows. Thier commitment to product development and consumer education is by far my favorite aspect.
Sometimes manipulating the data for custom problems became troublesome.
This is all on top a responsive staff and tech support team that has supported us growing from 1 site to 10 sites in less than a year.
Not valued, not looked after and most of all conned. Do not go near them, it's just a waste.
The customer service is excellent and the platform is easy to use. An essential and well like part of the management of our business.
And they insisted that we would have to continue to pay for the entire year despite the software not serving any function.
Very visually impressive analytics look great in the sales pitch.
Even people with little or no Glew experience can navigate and utilize for simple tasks, but the capabilities are vast and the features are robust which opens the door to great insights.

Glew has amazing analytics that tell you a few insights that are hard to get anywhere else unless you have a financial analysis on staff.
In general, the tool is nice but after going through this cancelation procedure I think the company is pretty scummy and I wouldn’t recommend them.
I have experienced a few issues with Glew and the data veracity and consistent accuracy thereof, but the support team is generally pretty responsive and helpful.
They were very friendly but not up front about pricing which always bothers me. The platform itself is fantastic for people who can afford to pay for it and will use it actively.

GoSquared also provide excellent and friendly support and services. GS provide great tools for learning more about customers and a simple interface with great dashboards and plug-ins.
This after you even pay, they will take away features from you until you contact their customer service, which AGAIN DOES NOT REPLY.
GoSquared provides historical and real-time website analytics that are easy to understand and filter through. Their support team is super responsive and great to work with.
There are a few issues that we have found, but honestly have failed to report because they are so minor. And we can always get what we need on the desktop version.
The team are awesome, very friendly and helpful to us and our customers. As a software provider ourselves, we only recommend tech that we think to be great, like GoSquared.

GoSquared also provide excellent and friendly support and services. GS provide great tools for learning more about customers and a simple interface with great dashboards and plug-ins.
This after you even pay, they will take away features from you until you contact their customer service, which AGAIN DOES NOT REPLY.
GoSquared provides historical and real-time website analytics that are easy to understand and filter through. Their support team is super responsive and great to work with.
There are a few issues that we have found, but honestly have failed to report because they are so minor. And we can always get what we need on the desktop version.
