Pros
Overall it's been a really wonderful experience using a software and interacting with developers who are clearly passionate about their product.
Happy with Akiflow for the most part. The interface is nice, the reminders are well done, it integrates with Asana, is perfect for time blocking, etc.
And then at the start of each day, I drag my tasks onto my calendar where they live and ensure I don't book a meeting over top. Fantastic way to visualize your tasks and stay on top of things.
Cons
Occasionally there are issues with the Trello sync, and delays here are frustrating as it makes me fear my data isn't being synced all the time.
And the biggest other downsides are no mobile app and it's pricey.
The lack of a mobile app, but they are working on this.
