Formidable Forms can get expensive. It is easy to spend $200 annually if you need a lot of integrations and features, like ConvertKit, Stripe, etc. But I can understand why it is expensive because it is constantly being improved and the team provides great support. If you run an agency and have to provide advanced solutions to clients, buying Formidable Forms is a necessity.

Easy of use, autoupdates, addonmanager is great.

One major thing that I like about this plugin is it's light-weightless. The developer has optimized it for the best SEO- performance and that's an important factor I highly value. Formidable forms keep the product survey-building process simple and straightforward. I don't use it for any other purpose; it's just for surveys.I love how flexible & responsive the drag & drop builder and the visual styler are. They brighten my building experience.Also, it supports advanced listing & directory views which are great options for building more complex surveys

I think the plugin is quite expensive and I don't enjoy its design quality. Customer support is not too responsive when it means offering product support.

We chose formidable forms because we need the ability to customize the data views. While we found the plug in quite pricey, it was the only option for creating the custom outputs required. Now that I'm getting past the learning curve, and getting to know the documentation, it really is super powerful. While there are a couple of features I would like to see, for the most part it absolutely rocks! I recommend it to people all the time

What are the main features I feel the software is lacking he has the ability to connect and manipulate outside databases. I used to be a Joomla guy. There is a plugin for Joomla called Fabrik. It is a super powerful database application development platform they allows you connect to any database anywhere. However the learning curve fabric was terribly steep, i found formidable forms far easier to learn and become proficient with. Will my name complaint, if you can call it that, would be the price. However if a for profit business, which we are not, required these features, it is definitely worth it.

The best part about Formidable Forms is that you have the capability to design your forms any way that you want to. You can have your forms automatically notify you when someone fills them out, and you can setup an automatic email responder regarding however they filled out the form. It makes your work easier. Automate your work, so that you spend less time working and more time making money.

The renewal price for the highest plan is really high. I would like it to come down to $250 yearly or less. Otherwise, I may have to make a change in the future. As a entrepreneur and starting out on my own while supporting 5 kids and my wife, it's not easy to continue paying with such high costs.

There is a steep learning curve to make it powerful. You will often be scratching your head how to get something done, and then once you find the answer, you are amazed and delighted. It takes time to master and you will need to be able to dabble in PHP code to make the best use. But for beginners and simple projects, its straight forward. Its slightly expensive if budget is restricted (and wordpress users use wordpress because its free so a premium plugin in a lot) - but the support and features you get make it worth it if you can maximise formidable potential

I love everything about Formidable. The ease of use. The large library of templates. The ability to create custom templates that can be reused. The fact that I can white label the plugin. I can create a customized forms experience for customers in a portion of the time and at a portion of the cost of a developer.

The calculator functions are a bit tricky but nothing that you can't figure out with a reading in the documentation.

It's such a powerful plugin that saves to much time that I don't or won't make any new website without it. Formidable Forms will bring any website up to the next level.

I would imagine that the learning curve could be a little difficult for newbies, but with such a powerful plugin such as this it is not too bad as Formidable Forms has a lot of tutorials on their website. The pricing can get a little high for anyone that runs a small web design business where they need more then just a few licenses to use it.

Options. Formidable offers an almost limitless range of performance. Multi-page forms, conditional logic, varied notifications, responses and even payment acceptance, among a host of other features. It is simple to use, but has a powerful back-end that lets you do almost anything.

The pricing, the subscription. I appreciate good products and I know people have to make a living, but I'd have preferred a slightly lower price. That and the updating of changes made to forms. It can get a lost in the building of forms but you MUST save changes.

Formidable Forms is the most feature-rich WordPress form builder I've found (and I have looked, long and hard). Easy to use, flexible, and cost-effective.

Documentation could be better organized and more examples would help.

I've been using Formidable Forms for quite a few years now and it's a great WordPress form builder. Its only drawback is the price. This app is very expensive and there are now cheaper form builders on the market.

The functions and ease of creation allows you to create a simple or a complex comprehensive database on your website, I currently use it to manage my organization.

Currently, the dynamic fields cannot be filtered using a lookup feature which only works for lookup fields, but I believe this can be added in future upgrades.ղ

The fact that i can build any form ranging from contact forms, payment forms, surveys, quiz etc with Formidable Forms makes it very cool. I find the drag and drop feature very interesting. Its also easy to use.

I can't think of any problem that i might have had with Formidable Forms. Its pretty slick and easy to use. Although small businesses might have issues with the price, its still worth it.
