What is Elementor?

Elementor is a cloud-based page builder for WordPress websites that allows users to control their full web design workflow within a single platform. Users can employ prebuilt industry-specific themes, create their own pages through a drag-and-drop design editor, and redesign their site in real time.

Elementor's drag-and-drop editor allows users to customize every element of their website from a single screen, including the content, header, and footer. All elements can be saved and reused across multiple pages, and users can also import and export designs between sites. Site element design can also be controlled globally to present consistent typography, colors, and other style settings across all pages. The responsive editor allows users to switch to a mobile view and adjust any element so it displays correctly on every type of device.

Elementor includes a range of widgets for navigation menus, search, login forms, posts, WordPress comments, and more. Marketing widgets are also provided, allowing users to create and embed forms, countdown timers, rating starts and testimonial carousels. Landing pages and popups can be built with Elementor's marketing tools, and the WooCommerce builder lets users design eCommerce product pages.

User opinions about Elementor price and value

Value for money rating:

Of 189 reviews that provide robust commentary on Elementor's price and value, 70% mention it in a positive light.

Some users report that Elementor offers good value for money, especially due to its drag-and-drop system and professional templates available at a reasonable price. They appreciate the availability of both free and paid versions, allowing users to start with the free version and upgrade as needed. Reviewers indicate that the free version includes many essential features, making it suitable for startups and small projects. They find the paid version justifiable for its extended features and versatility, with some saying it is one of the most affordable options on the market.

However, some reviewers feel that the pricing structure can be high, particularly for users managing multiple sites. They mention that the free version is limited, prompting users to upgrade to the Pro version for more advanced features. Some users think the cost of additional plugins and renewals can be excessive. They also express frustration with the lack of refunds for automatic renewals and the incremental packaging of annual license plans. Users indicate that the pricing changes and the need for additional purchases can make Elementor less cost-effective over time.

All my websites are build with wordpress. This is one of the best website building platform out there. No coding required so even a beginer can make their own website.

It is important because the other Wordpress editors I have used are not WSIWYG and often break pages (particularly on templates).

To develop websites for my clients. I must mention that in my opinion, WordPress is nothing without Elementor now days :)

Wordpress, we grind for spaghetti code developer. but elementor eliminates this. Much better when used with elementor.

Very helpful and important for structuring blog posts with images, videos, and links.

Elementor provides easy to work with templates while building website on WordPress

Free but tedious to use. Also struggle to get the Online store looking the way I really want it. That said I don't build enough e-commerce sites to have gotten expert to at this

WooCommerce is very much important in any shopping websites to track the payment record and to make all the pricing adjustments .

Because it allows you to create online stores to sell all types of products quickly and efficiently.

WooCommerce works well with Elementor for eCommerce projects. I've never faced any issues with it.

Elementor Woocommerce modules can easily be added to pages to customize an ecommerce website.

Works great with WooCommerce, is compatible and many templates are available even for free.
