Overall, I enjoy using Microsoft Word for over 10 years. I used and am using it to manage my business as well my personal life. This software becomes more and more powerful after many evolves and improves. However, it still have some problems, like, it is hard to get the format right, it crushes, or it is pretty expensive compared to Google Docs.
The functions of Microsoft Word are great. I started to use Microsoft Word to write everything since elementary school: my trip plans, schools, work, daily ideas, etc.; literally everything. Microsoft Word provides amazing features, like various templates, different fonts, a lot of useful functions including counting words, adding comment, changing layouts and so on. Documents can be easily modified and organized.
Microsoft Word is bit pricey especially you do not have any deals or free sponsors from your school or company. It costs over $160 per year or $7 per month. Also, since I have to log in to a valid account to download and use Microsoft Word, Microsoft almost started to force me to use One Drive which automatically back up my Word documents, but I often have no idea that what and where my documents are stored.

We have been using Microsoft Word for almost everything. We use it for creating our project proposals, use it for documenting the software requirements, we use it for project management like creating Gantt charts etc. All the user stories testing reports and functionality are captured in word document which are saved in our knowledge repositories for further use.
Microsoft word has been a market leader for many years so far. I have been using word for almost 10 years now and it's continuously improving. There are many features available in Word to change the font size, style, add formulas, create different types of charts and models, paste images etc. Microsoft word has also been integrated with Outlook so that the document can be edited directly from the email itself. There's also this feature where everything will get automatically saved to One Drive so that you don't have to worry about saving the document.
There are too many features available that sometimes it confuses which feature to be used. The formatting and styling also sometimes becomes harder to maintain. The software sometimes takes up too much RAM depending upon the document size to handle.

I am using Word daily. In the recent years, I am trying to stick more to the office365 edition of Word, but still use desktop version from time to time. All my university projects were done on it, almost all agreements signed and many more. Word is a great tool and one of those things that I am thankful for to Microsoft. And I am happy it evolves as well and brings new things very fast.
Word is a unique product that became analogous to the Typing on the computer. Common users, do not know about specific text editors or note engines. They use Word as it is always there. Furthermore, being a great and functional tool helped Word be actually helpful and wanted in the times of need. Word is a great tool for text editing with great features and possibilities that extend far beyond simple text editing.
Learning scope. There is time needed to become efficient in Word. As with many big products, Word needs some dedication and will sure break some nerves of the user before something is ready to be printed. Word is huge and it's the biggest gift and a curse of the program. Amazing tool and a solution to pretty much any question regarding word editing. If you have time to master it, of course!

Here are the problems which I am solving with Microsoft Word:- 1) Daily word processing work. documentation. 2) Creating Newsletters. 3) Article writing. 4) Collaboration with the clients. Benefits:- 1) everyone knows how to use it, so it becomes easier for me to send the proposal, documents in MS Word file format for better collaboration.
I like everything about Microsoft but if I have to list the top among them then here it is:- 1) Easy to use. 2) Clean and clear navigation. 3) File conversion, Security, Mailmerge. 4) Previous versions files can be easily handled with the latest version. 5) Word to PDF conversion is super easy. etc.
There is nothing which I say I like least about Microsoft Word.

Overall, I haven't found a software that I prefer over it, and I have used many.
It is extremely robust. The sheer amount of customization that you can do to make each document your own is useful.
The speed. Even with a high end, custom built PC, Word has a tendency to lag the longer your document gets. This can get extremely frustrating.

Overall there are good features and some features that I have to understand to get around. But my impression of Word is that my job will not work without a capable package like Word.
Some of the main features that I have enjoyed while working with Word as a lecturer: 1. the ease at which I can review the document's spelling and simple sentence structure. 2. I have really enjoyed using the thesaurus in Word. 3. when I insert technical equations it is very useful to know the shortcut keys. 4. Converting any Word document to a pdf document allows easy access for other clients that do not have access to Microsoft Word.
Some of the features of Word do not exactly function the way that I would like to see it function at times, for example when I open a document from a colleague using a previous version of Word, the document has to be adjusted, or while using the numbering in Word I have to adjust the margins. These features set me back in completing some of the tasks. Initially, when working with inserting equations it took a long time to input the equations until I understood the shortcut keys, then it became a lot easier.

MS Word is very useful in preparing reports, writing thesis, documents management, creating some arts etc. Overall experience with Word in fantastic.
1. It is very useful in generation of documents of any formats. 2. MS Word can be used offline no internet connectivity required. 3. The software interface is user-friendly so one can learn it very easily. 4. Most important point is it's wide availability. Everyone who works on pc is familiar with Word.
No cons are reported except It is quiet expensive while similar products are available at cheaper price.

MS Word is probably the most well known and widely used text processing suite. The newer versions allow for much more than just text edition. With my business, I am working a lot with content and blog posts and personally I have been writing books. So I am working a lot with MS Word. It is simply unbeaten in what it does. When switching to Linux, I have tried Open Office, Libre Office and Google Docs. While all those tools are free and completely fine for basic text work, they can not compete with MS Word. Even simple features such as spell check, grammar check or the checking for synonyms, repetitions, etc. are things that only MS Word can handle well. Hence using Word, you get a far better quality text.
MS Word while great, remains quite expensive. While Office 265 with a subscription fee of about 10 Dollars is pretty OK still, the complete suite for download, is quite expensive still. While it is worth its money, I can imagine some people hesitating because of the cost. Another issue is the really bad customer service, Microsoft is known for with pretty much all of its products.

So the experience is decent , i am using word for more than 6 years now and it have been improving with each and every update , its very consistent and do not have any issues but , for new buyers i will suggest that if you are already taking MS 365 subscription for other softwares and not specifically for word then it's OK but if you are taking it specifically for MS work then there are a lot of other editors in the market having almost same features at a very low cost or even for free.
So talking about the pros of MS word , i would like to mention few features like Templates , Cloud support , Mobile app etc. all these features are very helpful while editing or creating any documents. Serval other things like a great text formatting dashboard , and a variety of export option are like butter on cheese
So talking about the things i don't like about MS word are that first of all it is a bit expensive because we have a lot of other software providing same features for free or at very low cost. And the other thing to point out is that MS have gives a lot of features which also makes the app complex and most of the features remains unused by general people.

My overall experience with Word is great or 5 star because it has many functIons like temples, fonts, it is a great program for a business to a student, it offers different versions to fit your needs, you have online access as well as offline to all your documents.
I find Word very useful for a business that needs a written document, you can add tables, charts, you have professional fonts, or you can get fancy with word art to make flyers pop out at the target consumer population. They also have many versions of the software. Business, home, student etc
Although, this is a wonderful software for business or a student I find it expensive my company paid over $100 for the version we have. However if you use it on a regular basis it does pay for itself in the long run.

If any one is fed up with those softwares having limited functions, then for a fresh start, you better try Microsoft word. It will give you a whole new level of experience that you have never felt before. Microsoft word is true to its word and provides you with a bundle of hot features that will compell you to stick to this innovative software. Overall, it is an excellent software with unlimited features.
Truthfully speaking, Microsoft Word is a lot more capable than it seems. With just one tap you can easily create innovative documents, letters, resumes and much more from the premade templates. I have been using this versatile software since 2014 and have much better impression due to its multifunctional features. Since, I have a lot of work related to research, I have been using this software on weekly basis for formatting documents, proposal writing and thesis work. I am in truly love with its most popular function '' Insert End Note ''. While doing work on MS Word, sometimes I have to give references. With no proper any other software, I have faced some difficulties but MS Word have truly solved my problems.
Though Microsoft Word is a great software, it do need some improvements. I would appreciate if Microsoft word team could make some efforts to enhance and make ''Grammarly check'' feature totally free instead of just seven day trial version.

Le note, la modalità revisione. Utile anche la collaborazione per realizzare insieme ai colleghi lo stesso documento e migliorare la produttività
Niente di che, può capitare che sia necessario aspettare qualche secondo quando il documento è molto grande e/o il pc non è potentissimo

I have used Microsoft word since I had my first computer and though I have tried other alternatives, I haven't seen anyone that comes close to providing the features and reliability that word offers.
Easily create and edit documents, CVs, resumes, agreements with clients, letters, and even invoices. Can be a good writing pad if you are writing a blog article A good number of templates to work it if you are not interested in creating a professional document from scratch. Allows for easy collaboration with other users
Pricing is the only issue I have with word.

I like there are so many possibilities with Word. It much more than just a program to type up a document. We've used it for automatically pulling in data from a database with merge fields and it saves a lot of time.
It has it's bugs sometimes just like any other program. The most trouble I've had with it is the normal.dotm getting messed up sometimes.

This is a must-have software on all of the company's computers. All the departments rely on it for all their word processing needs and it is used on a regular basis.
Microsoft Word is both powerful word processing tool and also easy to use. It is the best tool to create simple documents and also to create robust documentation with all different graphics and picture elements. Even though there are some alternatives out there, but I still find it really hard to use one that can replace Microsoft Word.
I liked it better when you were able to pay for it one time and forget it as opposed to using the subscription license now.

I have a huge experience of using Microsoft Word for variety of documents related requirements and tasks. It is one of the most essential tools in office work.
It is a must-have tool in office work. It is an important part of Microsoft Office Suite. It makes drafting documents easier and faster. The templates are good to finish things earlier. The dictionary is also very helpful to make things right without spending extra efforts and time in proof-reading at least for spellings.
I have never experienced any lacking in Microsoft Word to mention here in dislikes. I have never found any thing missing in its scope of use.

No matter what other word processing programs I am faced with (open source or online like Google Sheets), I will always stick to using Microsoft Word. It is easy to use, runs well on my computer with minimal issues, and has a wide range of features that simply do not exist elsewhere. Plus, I never have to worry about someone not being able to view a document in the native format because it's so ubiquitous.
Microsoft Word is the gold standard of word processing, and for very good reason. The program itself is sleek and well refined and stands above its competition in terms of features and functionality. I like how easy it is to use and how robust it is. There is really nothing in my job role that I need to do that Microsoft Word can't help me with.
While Microsoft Word has great integration capabilities with the rest of the Microsoft suite, that is what I dislike most about the software. Sometimes it is so integrated to the point that, if you don't pay for all of the other programs, then you can't use certain functions. While in theory it's meant to expand the range and ease of use, in real applications it sometimes does the opposite.

I've been using Word for many, many years and I never had any problems, they were always pleasant experiences.
It has been on the market for many years and receives updates relatively often, therefore each version that comes out is better than the previous one, they meet the needs of users very well, it's so easy to use and the interface is beautiful. It supports several formats and has an automatic autosave feature which is great so you don't lose your work in case of a power outage or crashes.
Maybe the price could be a bit lower, but still perfect.

My overall experience with Microsoft Word is exceptional. I have been using this software since the 1990's. So, I have had the benefit of seeing how truly innovative Microsoft Word has become since its inception. The designers truly thought of everything and continue to improve their software as times and creative needs change.
I love being able to create, edit, format, and easily share documents because it's so popular and user-friendly. I can also make text and pictures in documents interactive, which is a dream for marketing and advertising gurus like myself. I think the most helpful feature is the ability to automatically detect spelling and grammatical errors. This feature is a lifesaver. The extra set of eyes really comes in handy.Detect grammatical errors in a text document.
The only con is the price. It's not cheap, but a buyer can usually find deals on Microsoft software products, especially whenever buying a new computer.
