Pros

I have tried multiple feedback / netpromoter software packages, Feedier is to date the best in class, it has great support and is super easy to setup.
Enable to rewards my customers for theire feedback and to find the best customers for my product. The ability to promote engagement such as facebook and google.
The simplicity of setting everything up is a huge advantage. The dashboard is comprehensive but not overwhelming and it's set out intuitively which is a huge bonus.

Cons

The translations are not always correct, but they are being worked on. I should write more but I can think of no other negative points.
It was difficult to use in the beginning. There are some really confusing pieces to putting a carrier together.
I am still having trouble understanding how to utilize some functions. For example, how to give discounts on products for reviews.
