Infrasys POS is a restaurant management platform designed to help businesses in the hospitality industry manage sitting plans, menus, orders, and more via a unified portal. The platform enables organizations to capture customer orders and process payments using mobile devices equipped with biometrics, RFID, and magnetic strip readers.

Infrasys Cloud allows restaurants to create, launch, and manage promotional offers, client menus, waiter instructions, and other details from a centralized media library. It offers a host of features such as tableside ordering, automated recommendations, takeout and delivery management, check splitting, coupons management, offline access, and more. Administrators can also design a personalized dashboard to display multilingual menus with frequently ordered items, securely process credit cards, and capture customers' digital signatures.

Infrasys Cloud lets managers generate and export custom reports to gain insights into metrics related to orders and sales by location or groups. It also supports integration with various third-party applications including Hetras, Pegasus, Alipay, Oracle Opera, Salesforce, Maestro, Aspen, and more via APIs. We’ve built a transparent and easy to access API platform with full access to all parts of the system.
