Joan is a digital display and meeting room booking software which helps businesses streamline office space and meeting room scheduling with both on-the-spot and remote room booking. The Joan platform integrates with familiar apps like G Suite, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and iCalendar, allowing users to schedule meetings in their usual way - from within their company calendar. Joan provides a real-time schedule of meeting rooms, ensuring everyone knows which rooms are available and when.
Joan supports centralised management, allowing users to set-up and manage all of their displays from a single location. Customisable branding tools enable users to personalise the regular Joan interface with custom images or text. Digital signage for reception areas, halls, common areas, shared spaces and lobbies enables users to check meeting room availability at-a-glance. Reporting and analytics give users valuable insight into meeting room usage and booking behaviour. Joan is available in multiple languages, including English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and more. Joan also allows users to book meetings directly through Slack.
