Olvy is a customer experience tool that helps businesses track and handle customer feedback, users’ needs, and helps you complete the loop with them once you’ve shipped something they asked for.

Imagine you have a Slack or Discord community and there is so much feedback that you’ve received through that community. Now they're probably 20-30 users talking about the same feedback in different channels but in their own way.
