The platform enables managers to create AI-driven video surveys with automated subtitles and looped audios to enhance customer engagement. Qwary offers preview functionality, which allows teams to view customizable surveys on various devices. Supervisors can also send survey invitations and reminders via text messages and email campaigns.

Qwary lets stakeholders perform a comparative analysis between different variables to visualize data across customers’ sentiments and choices on a centralized dashboard. In addition to using it for creating relatively simple (but beautiful) surveys, I am also experimenting with other uses related to customer experience / funnels and creating video surveys that pop up on the site, and are useful to teach about the products and gather leads.
