However, we understand that the number of bugs you have encountered after upgrading to the new CEP version, as well as the absence of previously available features, has been disappointing. Upgrading to the CEP version should have provided a seamless transition, and we apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused. This has cut down on tasks that used to be time consuming, such as appointment reminders. It is also easy to create templates for specific needs (such as referral bonuses or 'how-to' guides) so that you aren't re-typing the same emails and wasting time. It has been very easy to train new employees in it's use, which was a big plus. Some of my recent hires have used software in dental or chiropractic offices before and have commented on how much better SUMO is to use.
