Talisma comes with contact & lead management features to automate sales activities. With Talisma, managers are able to analyze the sales pipeline and forecast revenue with tracking tools.

Design personalized traditional & digital marketing campaigns with Talisma targeting and automation tools. The software enables performance, costs and ROI tracking of each campaign with visual workflow analytics. Service agents can also use Talisma's communication tools to interact with customers by email, phone, instant messaging, etc. The software provides a cohesive view of all customer communications across every channel with unified records and reports.
