It's easy to learn, easy to use, and even easy to teach. I love this software and would love to become some sort of certified expert user if at all possible.
There are only a few things that we have found the software incapable of doing, and they have been rather minor. We did request that the company add them to their "to-do" list.
I love the flexibility of options in terms of how you can deploy questions and the type of questions you can ask using this software. What you can do with the data afterward is just as excellent too.
Our one complaint is that the price has crept up over the years to the point that it's significantly higher than we were paying 4-5 years ago.
What I love most about Qualtrics is the suite of tool built into the software to help analysis the results. I also appreciate all the options in crafting the survey.
The data analysis options offered within Qualtrics are weak, as are the data cleaning options. This is a non-issue for smaller, or non-scientific surveys.
Their software is excellent, their integration support and API is excellent and their support is hands down the absolute best in the tech industry.

I find that very helpful in knowing peoples interest in reviewing us. The customer service has always been helpful and very responsive.
Finding the review request button is now difficult. My employees will no longer use the product due to difficulty to use and I am getting tired of emails and texts all day.
We have seen such an phenomenal growth with our company. We have tripled our sales and are able to have our amazing clients leave amazing stories on their experience.
Getting to speak with someone or cancelling a contract that was done incorrectly the first time was a problem. They don't return phone calls.
Our agency has really enjoyed working with BirdEye. It's proved to be a very effective way to manage the review process for our clients - and has yielded some great results.
Minor complaint - time frames for viewing reports don't have a simple "last month" option.
The software has so many reports available for tracking success and measuring whether or not campaigns are successful; I really like the integration of multiple sources of reviews in one place.
Some of our remote scheduler experience delayed notifications.
Its been excellent and is helping us be proactive vs reactive to brand management.
One of the best investments I made in our office. Can't say enough about the benefits and the ease of using this product.

It's awesome to see staff being publicly recognized for things that might have gone unnoticed prior to implementing Kazoo, and they are encouraged since they're being rewarded for it.
We remain disappointed with analytics. There have been improvements, but reports are not intuitive or customizable.
The customer service I get from them is awesome, they are always eager to help me use the tool better, introduce new features, and make sure I'm getting the most out of my subscription.
The reports & dashboard options appear to be basic and limited.
I like that it's super easy to use and everyone's profiles are super easy to grab. When you want to reward a lot of people at once it's super easy to grab their names and reward them quickly.
The only downside to YouEarnedIt would be an internal one.
I absolutely love this software. I enjoy being able to give points to my coworkers when they've really helped me. I think it is a great way to boost morale around the company.
No one's voice is left behind. Work Tango provides us with analytics to measure ,track and action.

I love the recognition portion of Motivosity. This allows employees to give shout outs and recognition more than just verbally.
There are little to no parameters as to what is allowed to be commented on and this opened the door to futile and irrelevant comments to be passed.
I love how quick and easy it is to give a shout out to another colleague. It’s fun to see what everyone is sharing as well.
I dislike not being able to edit my posts, if I make a mistake.
Motivosity is a great way for me to recognize my direct reports, my peers, and my leaders. It is easy to use and fun.
The check-in function is very basic and can lead to misunderstanding if comments are not fully utilized.
The best part is that it makes recognition easy, and keeps it relevant and fresh. It also makes it public, so everyone in the company can hear about the great stuff my employees are doing.
We haven't started the feedback feature yet but we will soon and it sounds a bit intimidating.

Loved working with Formstack. Excellent customer service and help response times too - which made solving the few issues we had very pain free.
We didn't have any paper-based issues with Formstack. Formatting the look of the forms themselves was a bit of a pain sometimes with limited options available in the interface.
What I like most about formstack is the ease of use and user friendly qualities that it offers.
Sometimes the formstack entry gets submitted twice. This happens more frequently than you’d expect, resulting in the customer being charged twice and our organization having to refund them.
Collecting customer data and keeping it clean and organized, I would say Formstack or something like it is a necessity for the area of the company I work in s I am glad to have it.
This was our Care team and they were typing notes from a meeting, and this error would cause all the notes to be lost.
I love how easy Formstack is to use. Building forms is a breeze , the support is great, and we love that it integrates seamlessly with Unbounce to give us quality, high converting lead pages.
This has been my single worst customer service/support experience ever.
Great choice especially for recruiter like me, where I can send forms to the candidates so that they can easily review the documents needed for their application.
I didn't think formstack was as intuitive as other data collection softwares which I why I stopped using it.
Love the incredible ability for logic, detail, customization, calculations, integrations with payment solutions, etc.
I can't seem to get a single human to reply to multiple support and billing issues to the point that my account's now suspended.
What I like most about using this software is the ability to gather information digitally.
FormStack is easy to set up, and the forms themselves are visually appealing and easy to use for the end-user.
The time and money saved driving to get applications signed, the mail and waiting forever for the client to sign and mail back. Formstack is quick and easy and saves so much time and energy.
There are definitely parts of this system that I appreciate and find very useful, but I think there are a few areas it could improve to really perfect the experience.
It has many customizable question types and logic options for when to show a question or not. It is fairly easy to build your forms how you want and to view the submissions.
Includes some helpful conditional options for specific steps on forms, which was key to a lot of the forms I've had to create.

We didn't have any paper-based issues with Formstack. Formatting the look of the forms themselves was a bit of a pain sometimes with limited options available in the interface.

Sometimes the formstack entry gets submitted twice. This happens more frequently than you’d expect, resulting in the customer being charged twice and our organization having to refund them.
Collecting customer data and keeping it clean and organized, I would say Formstack or something like it is a necessity for the area of the company I work in s I am glad to have it.
This was our Care team and they were typing notes from a meeting, and this error would cause all the notes to be lost.

Due to jotform errors and their non-existent customer service I am now getting angry emails from customers threatening to cancel their subscriptions.
The improved back-end features, the reporting functions, and the integrations have really made me like this platform. The nonprofit discount and the overall affordability have been great.
It's expensive and you can only gather X amount of forms before being charged. The website is a bit dated.
The form creator is awesome. It made it SUPER easy to design a form with the fields I required my customers to fill out and let's them upload images when contacting me.
That it’s hard to read and fill out on mobile browsers because of the tendency to be cut off on the screen.
The amount of customizing that can be done with JotForm is simply amazing, even with the free account. I simply couldn't find the ability to use file upload in a free account other than JotForm.

I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.
I have had instances where the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder or promotions folder, which can be annoying and needs to be figured out.
Mailchimp is very great software. I like how it's easy to interface, and how you can clean the data.
Mailchimp is used by many which means that spam filters are more likely to tag your emails as spam. I did not have any other problems with Mailchimp.
I like how Mailchimp keeps track of my audience and helps me categorize them for different types of emails. I also like being able to create appealing and interactive emails for my viewers.
For a company that's been around as long as Mailchimp has, it's crazy to me how bad the UX/UI is. It's just hard to use so much of the time.
The greatest benefit to using this program is the integration possibilities. It is compatible with a lot of the other software/programs we use so integration was seamless and saved time & money.
Very confusing, very difficult to figure out where to click , also when you input a wrong email address it blocks your whole process of sending emails to others.
Their dedication to improvement is a positive sign for the company. There is a reason that they are the industry standard.

Happy using surveymonkey, once I prepared office Christmas party and I used it to create a voting platform to present funny awards to the employees.
The company's take on my dilemma was - "Pay for it" and you'll get the information you need. In my opinion they shouldn't bother having a free version of this software if it functions that poorly.
I love survey monkey I feel this is one of the best survey software out there. The setup process is very fast and seamless.
And completing would give you typically anywhere between 0.5-2. All surveys initially start with a few boring routine questions, which make you pissed off.
Customization on this platform is really fantastic and everything is so easily customizable, the user interface is slick and clean and very friendly looking.
There should be more protection factors when approving registrations and preventing fraud.
A very useful tool for businesses to gather vital unbiased information to help their growth.
I think they should have more up to date choices. I also think that manually putting in emails when you are having trouble submitting the csv file can be a pain and needs to be corrected.
As far as pricing Survey Monkey is great as its easily affordable and doesn't break the bank using it. Creating survey is super easy and time saving, but still produces top notch efficient results.

Given the circumstances of the pandemic and not using the services to even log in during the last year, that was inconsiderate and unacceptable.
The data reporting on opens/clicks/etc. Is incredibly helpful to track which emails gain a good response and which time of the week works best to send to our audiences.
Very disappointing, frustrating, and countless email cammpaigns have been wasted due to Constant Contacts software rearranging and distoring the format of the original created email.
The program is easy to customize, There are plug and play templates as I like to call them. They look beautiful from the consumer side and are easy to understand from the creative side too.
I was disappointed when the dropped the event portion of their program and integrated with Eventbrite.
The software is easy to learn, use, and the templates for the emails are nice yet simple to customize. The feedback about open rates is good and it's easy to setup follow-up campaigns.
But advertised as a CRM and contact management to me. It is expensive for the purpose and you can not pay per use which is unfair to most.

Given the circumstances of the pandemic and not using the services to even log in during the last year, that was inconsiderate and unacceptable.
The data reporting on opens/clicks/etc. Is incredibly helpful to track which emails gain a good response and which time of the week works best to send to our audiences.
Very disappointing, frustrating, and countless email cammpaigns have been wasted due to Constant Contacts software rearranging and distoring the format of the original created email.
The program is easy to customize, There are plug and play templates as I like to call them. They look beautiful from the consumer side and are easy to understand from the creative side too.
I was disappointed when the dropped the event portion of their program and integrated with Eventbrite.
The software is easy to learn, use, and the templates for the emails are nice yet simple to customize. The feedback about open rates is good and it's easy to setup follow-up campaigns.
But advertised as a CRM and contact management to me. It is expensive for the purpose and you can not pay per use which is unfair to most.

With this phone service I get many "dead line" calls and spam calls. There is no filter I have found to prevent.
The Nextiva app is Awesome Works great. We switched to Nextiva because they offered a better price.
Poor call quality has also likely contributed to irreparable damage to our brand as customer calls are so frequently dropped or missed due to Nextiva’s problematic online platform and phone app.

After some back and forth, they let us have it if we paid in bulk for a few months. Then, once we were collecting our data and exporting it, we realised there was missing data.
That I can make an easy Survey really fast and can individualize it. Its great how helpful and quick the support is.
E-mails are badly formatted, validation is required for surveys with many users and it was not easy, and they have an article talking about using their SDK, but they do not have an SDK available.
This helps us as a non-profit perform evaluation and assessment that is cost effective and reliable.
Recruiting not built into the platform. Inability to create a pool of potential recipients within the product, and deduce/ensure people aren't being over surveyed within your customer database.

You can allow this program to deal with emails instead of answering each on yourself. It's really a wonderful program and a huge help with your email returns.

I like its enhanced features and how easy it has been to adapt to it. I like the customer service representatives and their willingness to help and answer all my questions.
They tried to steal another month of billing and made me dispute with my CC company.
I enjoy that iContact is easy to use, intuitive, and a great price for all that is packed into what you get. You also get great customer service with them.
Even though the charity I worked with started using another service, iContact demanded payment for a period of time after we had made the switch. I personally found that in poor taste.
I like the preview and ability to send test message. I like the social media integration.
The features may be a little limited compared to Mail Chimp.

Their product & services are superb. The Connecteam platform has been a perfect addition to our small business that is headed for a rapid growth.
My only complaint as of right now is the reliability of the GPS coordinates, which is something I was just told will no longer be a problem with the new update that's soon to release.
They are also willing to listen to ideas that would make this software better. They have been improving this app dramatically and I thank them for their continued effort in doing so.
Unless like competitors we also KNOW what we pay for and no ridiculous add-on costs coming on afterwards.

Their product & services are superb. The Connecteam platform has been a perfect addition to our small business that is headed for a rapid growth.
My only complaint as of right now is the reliability of the GPS coordinates, which is something I was just told will no longer be a problem with the new update that's soon to release.
They are also willing to listen to ideas that would make this software better. They have been improving this app dramatically and I thank them for their continued effort in doing so.
Unless like competitors we also KNOW what we pay for and no ridiculous add-on costs coming on afterwards.

The updating, which I understand has to happen. We have had few instances where the program would stop working for an hour or so.

Our job costing is coming out more accurate due to the time clock function. Guys are no longer guessing how long of a lunch they took, when they got to the job site, etc.

Great platform, easy to use and without codes, I have organized and linked my data. With great customer service.I am happy to be a customer of the platform.
The most frustrating thing I felt was a lack of support for in built formulas and variables in the calculator function. Their calculator needs a lot of improvements.
It's so easy to use and I was able to build my custom business application without any coding required. The support team is also super helpful and they were able to help me with any questions I had.
The major problem, in my opinion, is the limited UI customization.
I am a user of Formaloo because honestly, compared to other alternatives on the market, its price is much lower and its quality is very good. In terms of functionality, Formaloo is very solid.
I duplicated one of the forms I already made and used. Formaloo also duplicated the responses and all of the data, which was a pain because I changed some of the form questions.
The free version is pretty powerful and allows you to test its validity before buying. Demo with team was helpful in answering my advanced questions.
It should only present the box when I try to leave the form.

If you want to move up a level the help, not and customer service are fantastic. Obtaining help is so simple and quick and developing it from a simple firm to a database is step by step.
Poor on cartographic capacities (no lines, and polygons), no label.

Programming for reports is hard to understand.

In this software I really liked its pleasant design and its simplicity, and it is also easy to use and administer.
We use to make the payrolls with a company and for me this process was terrible, was that time of the month when i really not wanted to be on.
Some of the great features you can enjoy using these apps are Goals, reviews, surveys, training and etc. Another superb plus point is users can integrate the mailboxes, including outlook.
I ran into occasional lag in the interface which can be frustrating when I need to get a task done quickly. Also, the performance reviews section could be more robust.
I'm super satisfied, Factorial cover everything we need for our HR processes and we can save a lot of time by not doing manual tasks.
I think it is necessary to find another way to control attendance, either by synchronizing with a work tool to avoid forgetting to record worker attendance.

Superb Customer Service and Support Staff: Throughout both the pre- and post-implementation phases, I received assistance that was competent, fast, and effective.
There are many many many many really poor user experience pieces wasting considerable user time and the answer when saying that is poor is "Unfortunately, this is the expected behaviour of the system.
I think the system albeit in its infancy allows great connections across the organisation. It also allows our staff to take advantage of great discounts.
The course building application is woefully restricting and dated. We don't use it anymore, and create eLearning modules in a different program to upload into ELMO.
Ease of use - clarity of information. Good reminder of what is required in serving the public and interacting with staff.
The program doesnt have the items in alphabetical order making it sometimes difficult to find something in a hurry.
Great overall quality of platform for money spent with good customer service and support throughout.
Something a little bit confusing sometimes is the days when you request leave but just for a few hours instead of the entire day.
For the learning side of the system I think it is great. You can track all the modules you have done in the past and find new ones that you are interested in.
Overall the Training Material is good. The latest package "indigenous Awareness" is excellent.
I like the integration to my employer's systems and the ease it provided to get there as and when needed.

Anytime we ran into roadblocks while developing forms everything was resolved promptly by the great support staff. The platform has been solid and has worked very well for us.
I found it difficult to differentiate between the worksheets as the date shown isn't the actual date the form was created, but the date it was amended which can be confusing.
The support team is fantastic and has always been available to help. So glad we chose GoFormz over some of the other mobile platforms we were looking at.
If you wanna do more complicated things it doesn't really have integrated options. You'll have to do weird work rounds for it to work.
The overall experience with Go Formz has been a very positive one, having a cloud base software helps with savings and it allows my team to have better performance and workflow.
Sometimes the app logs itself out and unless the user knows to log back in instead of quit, they will lose any unsynced forms. We had to find that out the hard way.
I enjoy working with the team members, they are always responsive, open to feedback and are willing to work with their customers to improve features and negotiate pricing levels.
Nothing comes to mind that I dislike about the software.
This makes it easy to fill on their end to fill out forms that I require. I feel like most people do not want to fill in forms if they are going to need a PDF editor or something like that.

Ease of use, comprehensive features and unexpected flexibility. The quality of responses is a real positive and the statistical significance and quality team at Pollfish is fantastic.
They advertise you can pay for additional questions above 25, but there's actually a hard limit of 30. I found out the hard way.
The customer support team was very responsive on the chat and via email. I liked that Pollfish finds respondents and offers the ability to designate the age/industry/etc of desired respondents.
The least I like about this software is that the pay for some of surveys is really ridiculous. Need to pay more especially the few surveys you get.
The best results come from having a clear research plan but the execution is flawless and quick. I was able to maneuver my way through the system in a matter of minutes.
You can't see how real surveys look like for your users until you deploy the full integration to production environment. Survey completion times are misleading too.

They advertise you can pay for additional questions above 25, but there's actually a hard limit of 30. I found out the hard way.
The customer support team was very responsive on the chat and via email. I liked that Pollfish finds respondents and offers the ability to designate the age/industry/etc of desired respondents.
The least I like about this software is that the pay for some of surveys is really ridiculous. Need to pay more especially the few surveys you get.
The best results come from having a clear research plan but the execution is flawless and quick. I was able to maneuver my way through the system in a matter of minutes.
You can't see how real surveys look like for your users until you deploy the full integration to production environment. Survey completion times are misleading too.

The software is quite complex, because of this, some problems with the client arises, much more due to misinformation of the user than the tool itself.
It has been great experience with SAP CRM. It's a cost effective and easy to use with high quality.
UI is awful, too much of it does not make sense how you get from one section to another. Been using it for years and I still have a hard time navigating.
This tool is great for organizing and storing data. We use it to store all of our clients information and data, and it works very effectively.
Code-based transactions slow the system down at times, and the interfaces to sap-powered systems are also bad.
It is so easy to use, and has so many options, the interaction with the clients are everything and this software its perfect for that.
Limited functionality, especially considering the cost per license. Quite closed system, difficult to integrate with third-party systems.
The WebUI is an especially great feature. SAP really helps in the way of tracking such as, tracking questions and concerns from customers and tracking customers orders.
