In this software I really liked its pleasant design and its simplicity, and it is also easy to use and administer.
We use to make the payrolls with a company and for me this process was terrible, was that time of the month when i really not wanted to be on.
Some of the great features you can enjoy using these apps are Goals, reviews, surveys, training and etc. Another superb plus point is users can integrate the mailboxes, including outlook.
I ran into occasional lag in the interface which can be frustrating when I need to get a task done quickly. Also, the performance reviews section could be more robust.
I'm super satisfied, Factorial cover everything we need for our HR processes and we can save a lot of time by not doing manual tasks.
I think it is necessary to find another way to control attendance, either by synchronizing with a work tool to avoid forgetting to record worker attendance.
Every part of the process has been great: The onboarding, support and the constant available videos, articles and content really prove that Factorial are the best in the sector.
Also, they have good features, but it is hard to implement and start working, and since customer service is so bad, I'm not even sure how we'd set them up.

The overall experience with VideoAsk has been amazing. The team are quick to respond to any questions and they have gone out of their way to help me with very specific questions.
Email responses has weird numbers in the From line. Inability to edit URL paths for the replies inside of the app.
They have nice guidelines to help you make it all relevant. You can also cutomize the response you want to get from each touch points, and that all will be automated.
I use VideoAsk in my Typeform employee application, but the video size is so limited that many applicants are unable to upload their short videos.
Tech support is fantastic and very responsive. I wish my team was this good.
Some features and settings can be difficult to find sometimes. Other than that, most of the problems that I had bad experiences were fixed with the updates.
Lead generation, gather testimonials, help onboard members, follow up after an initial consult, and more. It's been an amazing tool to add to our box.
I didn't like the fact that I needed to update the app, but didn't know about it, so I lost communicating with a few customers.

I love how easy it is to maneuver, as an admin or employee. The onboarding features are very useful and practical, employee overviews are very clear.
Sometimes the admin aspects can be difficult to configure. For example, setting up or editing a time off policy can sometimes be confusing.
They have been a great team to work with, and their helpfulness and responsiveness have been amazing.
There are some glitches with the time off function (i.e. we have a cap of 50 sick days for some staff and sometimes the accruals are off).
Overall, Humi was great at ensuring our teams were able to easily keep track of things like vacation time and other company updates. It's ease of use makes it a very attractive software product.
We find the review templates a bit convoluted and confusing and because we don't do payroll through the program have to make manual adjustments to days off and wages.
The pricing structure is great and the system for employee time off tracking is amazing.
Humi Payroll is missing the year-end filings with the government (generating and submitting T4s to CRA still needs to be done manually).

He is very upbeat and his energy is catchy. He knows the system back to front and is wonderful at training and in suggesting best ways to plan and to get the best use from the system.
The only downside I have found is the time it takes to input old data into the system.
The support she has given us has been amazing and extremely positive and rewarding. They have helped us get where we needed to and more.
The limitations surrounding some of the reporting functions can be frustrating, but I understand this is something that the intelliHR team are working on.

When we were originally looking, it was important for us that we find a product that is in line with Employment Law in NZ, and that also had good NZ support. IntelliHR ticked those boxes for us.
Very VERY good UX, easy to use, highly customisable. Implementation was easy and very well run by the intelliHR team.
It's been exciting to see features that we have enquired about or suggested then coming in to fruition at a late point.
The Intelli team are so helpful and knowledgeable about the produce.

The interface is very easy to use and the surveys and invitations look great. Starred's concept is to make filling in the survey quick and painless and it succeeds at that very well.
There's no widget yet which we can place on our website.
Easy to create a form, easy to use, great customer support, the results appear in a nice dashboard and if more than 20 people respond it automatically creates a matrix.
Except that sometimes we miss some functionalities, because not everything is customizable.
A simple, brilliantly supported tool that is excellent value for money. This has given us a true understanding of our customer's voice across 6 countries.
