We have used other software like eventbrite and we had SUCH a better experience with Brushfire. They are affordable, helpful, and the sotfware is great.
Sometimes errors can't be corrected as I experienced this year - a previous year photo continues to pop up - confusing people.
I love the ability to create custom reports within the same system and not have to download multiple spreadsheets to create my own views. And the customer service is top notch.
The Spanish translations is weak and incorrect for many concepts. This is causing confusion on our attendees.
Brushfire's Customer Service is ALWAYS so helpful in helping us navigate possible outcomes while also providing more options for how to make the system work best.

The seamless process of managing the events, seminars or webinars, is truly amazing and super quick. It manages to remove the hassles from the POV of the admin.
The event management UI was slow and awkward to use. I did have a couple of periods of site outage that caused me some pain.
I love how easy it is to search for events, how easy it is to RSVP, and how everything is visible in your account (and is also sent to your email for extra ease).
The worst part is they froze our payouts without telling us, until one day we noticed the lack of deposits and logged into Eventbrite to find it.
What I like most about the Eventbrite platform is how user friendly it is to create the events and the ease for those purchasing to make their purchase.
The lack of customer service during the pandemic was frustrating. Also, the percentage Eventbrite takes for ticketed events is higher than other companies.
It has been a fantastic help and it is very easy to set up everything and manage the information.
I've never had any issue with the use of the software. I haven't attended an event I booked on Eventbrite and was denied entry because I had the wrong ticket.
The best feature on Eventbrite is the ease of customization. It's very easy to pull in your own graphics and stylization.
We have run many large events and are going to be pushing into this space when we do it again. The ease of registration, collection of information and the overall system is fantastic.

Easily managing the agenda for any event is a key feature of this product to me. It looks very clean too.
It has been ok, we have had to get on a ton of calls just to get a clear answer. There help center isn't much help either and really poses more questions half of the time.
Made for an easy year 1 and reduced many man hours for the website, ticket registration etc.

Like any software, there are always issues, but we have been really impressed by the support in resolving issues - really above and beyond.
I ended up having to setup a separate account for each country. That's not the end of the world, but it does make it more confusing for the users in our office.
Simpletix gave my non profit fundraising event a professional quality registration and ticketing system at the most cost effective price. Will be using this again and very happy to recommend.
We had a problem where the end user PDF ticket retrieval was confusing. SimpleTix staff were prompt to respond and put a solution in place.
We needed their help many times through the process - customer service was excellent and all of our needs/issues were taken care of in a timely manner.
We ran across SimpleTix and within no time we had out ticketing site up and running.
Great system & really easy to use. We love the flat rate service fees compared to other solutions that charge an extra percentage fee.
SimpleTix doesn't offer a built-in CRM with their platform, however, that's how they're able to keep the cost low.
Now for the fun part, the ticketing side works great and everyday we get a bcc email from customers who have bought event tickets online.
When you are a small operation, having Simpletix in your corner is wonderful.
SimpleTix is very flexible and the support staff are very dialed into our success. They even gave us pointers on setting up a payment portal that would help our non-profit save even more money.
Additionally, the interface offers great front-end customization options so that the customer experience on the website is seamless with the ticketing system experience.
Aron was quick to set up a system for me and he has been quick to respond when I needed help. My customers were extremely happy with the speed of scanning tickets.
I very much enjoyed SimpleTix and am looking forward to our next event. All aspects of the service went without a hitch, and their Customer Service agents are such a delight.
