What is 1Flow?
1Flow is an event-triggered in-product survey platform that allows product and user research teams to collect in-product user feedback in mobile apps, websites, and web-based applications. With the user segmentation feature, businesses can target the right users (with events, user attributes and AND/OR logic) when an event is tracked to collect in-the-moment product feedback.
1Flow lets users measure NPS, CSAT, CES, and PMF scores. It helps collect feature-specific feedback and determine the reason for churning away from the product.
