The tickler workflow module lets team members set up tickler due dates across multiple files, ensuring timely delivery and filing of documents. The demand and negotiation functionality lets legal associates manage and maintain records of multiple negotiations, demands, and offers on a unified platform. It also provides a case-specific unique email address to send, receive, and store case related messages and documents.
CasePacer's expense management tool enables supervisors to set up expense types, such as billable hours, medical provider, copying, police reports, investigator, and court, among other categories. The built-in calendar lets lawyers track daily schedules, access ticklers and receive alerts based on due dates and scheduled tasks.
